I always drop my clothes to be washed and folded here and they always do a great job and at a good price. Have been a return customers for a couple years now.

I have been using this place for a couple years now good location with plenty of off street parking. Recently ownership has changed hands i can still say place is clean and easy to use. One thing i noticed lately is many dryers and machines are out of order for long periods of time. This can be an issue if place becomes crowded. Hope to see this issue corrected soonTHANKS

Do not use the drop of service. Ive used the drop off several times and Im missing tons of name brand cloths. My one year old daughters cloths are also missing. Upon asking where my cloths are they just say they dont know. SHAMEFULL!

Place is always clean. Plenty of room to fold items. No need for coins, this is a card operated facility for machines.

The owner and staff are absolutely amazing!! they are very helpful and polite. the establishment is always clean and neat. one of the nicest laundromats ive been to in a loooong time!!

This is my 2nd time here and half machines dont read your card, I had wasted detergent on one machine after the fact I had the clothes in with the detergent, I asked for help at the desk at this point explained to the employee what my issue was, with a attitude and sarcasm she said It was just working earlier that i dont not know to use the card basically insulting my intelligence right after the fact i had told her the card worked on the machine and also the machine to view the balance, I asked for a refund cause I had to go somewhere else to do my clothes because of this and they denied me it and Im beat basically never coming here again.

Get my clothes washed there.

The cleanest and most customer friendly place around. Staff is extremely attentive and friendly, and the wash and fold drop off service is second to none. P.S. they just added Dry Cleaning Service.

Been going here for a few years now. Card only. Always clean never too crowded. The only downside owner covered up the outlets so come with your electronics/phone charged.

The laundromat is clean, lots of room and quiet. When I drop off my clothes, the service is great and fast

While the place is absolutely clean, the dry cleaner portion of this place is horrible I dropped off dry cleaning on a Monday that was to be picked up on Friday I came Saturday to pick up my stuff and a young woman behind the counter couldnt find my things and had no idea why the dry cleaning wasnt here. She told me she would have the manager call me Monday took my phone number down . I waited till 5 pm Monday didnt get a call I tried to call this place and the phone went st8 to a fax ... (suggestions put the number to the place on the card we are required to buy to wash clothes ) I drove to the laundromat and the young woman had no clue what was going. I asked to call someone she did she was very friendly . After I find out due to the weather on Thursday all dry cleaning was late ..(suggestion put a sign telling customers that or inform all employees of that issue). Got a call Tuesday that my stuff had arrive . The customer service is horrible communcation to customers is horrible . A very clean place a little on the expensive side. Im new to Little Falls but I will no longer use this place as my go to spot . I also asked to have the owner Don call me but nothing .

Called for Drop-off, Wash & Fold of a weeks worth of laundry early afternoon...1st of all; they beat all others for price by lbs. PLUS they could have it done by 9pm. All others were next day & not before Noon.2nd - I walked in with my laundry and found the most pleasant Laundromat. Clean, very clean, bright & pleasant. Then meet the most cheerful and helpful young lady that took my bag of clothes. She told me if she had it done before 9pm shed give me a call.3rd - She called me at 6pm and had my laundry done!4th - Everything was immaculately folded and wrapped in clear plastic that was tight... short of being vacuum sealed!5th - Opened my cube of laundry; Nice fresh scent no wrinkles... all I had to do was place in my suitcase to catch my flight.Best Experience EVER!5 things behind my 5 Star rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice clean place. We usually do our dry cleaning here and they do a good job but the dry cleaning guy only comes 2 times a week so if you need your dry cleaning urgently there is no way.

Horrible horrible experiece. Worker screamed at my 1 year old for being too noisy. Said it was really annoying him then told my 1 year old to pay more attention. Excuse me ? Hes a baby, babies talk and walk . Its call curiosity. Never again would I return nor would I recommend this place. Disgusted.

The price setting on the machine are odd prices, which leaves you always with a balance in your card.

What a disappointment this place was perfect but now going downhill the staff worries about the expense if the machine doesn’t wash right they should pay for another washer not to say that I put in too much detergent when I put in the same amount in another machine and it worked great to me it’s BS very unhappy looking for another place not the first time this happened
