By far the worst shipping service my package has been just sitting at the facility for 5 days with no update on when it should arrive. I ordered 8 days ago and for 5 of those days it’s just been sitting.

Update: Item arrived sooner than they said. Thats a plus. But poor information can lead someone to make other purchases or exercise out options because of the anticipated delay.Original review: Package arrived at their facility in Monroe, NJ the morning of 11/5. Todays the 9th, and there saying it wont be delivered until 11/17. They are 45 minutes away. Seriously? I cant continue to do business with any company that uses these people for shipping.
