They have been working on my car for years and no issues
Great Workshops, They Fix Everything!!
I had a wonderful experience here this morning. The worker when I pulled in was very helpful and the owner who rang me up was a great guy. Explained everything and gave me some tips. Great guys and they did great work. I highly recommend.
Brought a vehicle in, some time ago for a tire leaking air. They told me they had to replace the tire it was brand new because the tire was driven while flat. This never happened, hence why I brought the car in to investigate the leak. I agreed to the repair and asked them to hold the tire so I could have it examined. When arriving, they told me they no longer had my tire. I could not confirm that the repair was necessary. I asked why the tire was scrapped? I asked again to have it returned to me and the man behind the counter started to curse. I wont ever be back.
The guys there are really great, helpful, explained everything he was gonna do. They even dropped me off at work, and bought my car to me when it was complete. I will definitely be going back. Thank you.
Kirks is terrific. They have always had time for me even when I just pull into the lot. The men are honest, professional and excellent workers. They are also extremely fair with prices.
Fantastic service! Respectful and clean with staff that will walk you through every step of the process. They were able to quickly identify the issue (which was really unsafe) and fix it promptly even given the holiday. Two big thumbs up!
He is a ripoff artist he charges for things he doesnt fix. I have reported him to bbb.many other complaints
Always fair and honest, and they get you back on your way fast. Never had anyone here try to sell me anything I didnt need, like some places will do. This is my go to shop for my work truck for the last three years...I wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly recommended!
As an out-of-towner, I got lucky to be towed to Kirks by AAA after breaking down on Rt 46. I was given an estimate and had to decide whether I wanted to get my car back to my home territory. I took my chance with an unfamiliar business. There was a good feel about the place and the price was fair. I was more than pleased with the repair, the timeliness of it being done, and the friendliness of everyone there.
Fantastic family owned automotive center. Extremely trust worthy and quality work. Highly recommended.
Decided to have my daughter’s car towed here based on reviews. Bad choice. My daughter called and asked if he charged to look at vehicle. He said no, if you are going to get it fixed here. That was the plan so she got it towed there. Later, I spoke with the owner, he said the car wasn’t really worth fixing because he couldn’t find out what was wrong with it and it would take too many man hours to find out. He then charged us even though he originally said he wouldn’t, the reason given was because he couldn’t find the problem. Problem actually was his mechanics because we got it towed somewhere else and they fixed it immediately. So either their mechanics aren’t experienced or they basically took a 19 year old girl for money she didn’t have.
Great repair garage! The men there are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Never a problem and no appointment necessary. Eman and his guys are #1 in my book!
Weve been bringing our cars here for years. They always do great work and are very accommodating. Nice family/small town vibe. I always recommend them to friends and family.
Great full service repair facility. Knowledgeable staff and very fair price. Highly recommended
Last Saturday I called to inquire on having brakes evaluated given grinding sound. I was told to bring car in within 30 minutes and was quoted a price. Halfway through the installation I asked the manager which brakes were grinding...the back? he responded that the front brakes were grinding. I had them replace my front tires as I informed were dangerously worn. All was going well until I went to leave. In the parking lot it was obvious that brakes were still grinding. I went inside and a technician verified that the back brakes were causing the problem. The manager came out, test drove the car and then to my amazement said. well, you need to replace the back brakes. I calmly asked how this happened. Then the problems began. The manager started with Im not going to argue with you! You told me to replace the front brakes When I clarified that I never stated which brakes and reminded him of my question; he proceeded to say Weve had a very busy day and cat be blamed for the this followed by Ive had a long day and just heard some bad news about a family member and finished with you would have needed both brakes anyway!I understand that mistakes can occur. However1) NEVER blame the client!2) NEVER stipulate that the mistake was due to a long day3) NEVER play the pity card (even if real)If a mistake is made, FIX it! Consumers understand. Properly resolving a dispute can INCREASE customer loyalty. In this case, it was horribly handled. Although I have been a client for over 10 years, I will need to find another service facility
First rate service center
NOTE: I DID NOT service my vehicle here. I called and had an awful experience and I am rating that. I asked if they did a certain repair for a certain vehicle, I was told yes and when I asked for a price I was told they would need to have me bring the car in and they dont do quotes over the phone. I said this was fine, and was then asked why I thought this was what my car needed. I explained and was told once again that they dont do quotes over the phone, and I once again said this was fine. Instead of trying to setup a time for me to bring in the vehicle, I was then told: Ive been doing this since I was 18..anyone who gives quotes over the phone is a re***d. And continued on a rant for three minutes while I kept saying Have a nice day attempting to end the conversation. I can respect someone choosing to not give quotes over the phone, I will not respect someone who speaks like that. I took my business elsewhere.
Had a rip in my side wall tire and had a spare to put on. They got me in and out quick and helped me out! Great guys
Needed a tire patched. 15 minutes later it was done. Excellent service
Great service, friendly Staff!
These fine techs took my busted up van that felt like trash and made it run smooth like glass. Deeply satisfied with their work, will be returning for regular work.
Stopped to get a price on breaks. Very honest owner.
Always fair and work completed on time or ahead of schedule. Mr. Kirk is a great guy to talk with. Very knowledgeable, as is his staff.
You should definitely come here if you want to be up sold. Once the owner starts talking about the product youre buying it means hes talking up the price. He sells Wiper blades for $70-80 and other work is way over priced. Youre better off going down the street to the local gas station to get work done for half the price.
Great place, Ive been living in NJ for two years and I havent had a place that I would consider being my place to take my car to until AAA recommended Kirks when my truck broke down and now Im definitely going to be going to them for everything.
Very friendly and very good service. Most importantly they are honest.
Honest, very professional and doesnt overcharge. Been a customer for over 30 years.
Worse customer service ever. I came here to get my tires changed and got charged $80 dollars more than what I was told I was going to be charged. Then I had to fight with the owner to get my money back. Larry had told me it was going to be $135 per tire and charged me $168. Then he refused to show me what Im being charged for until after I paid. Then I had to argue with him to get the owner to give me my money back.
I had my universal joint replaced, new rear drive shaft, rear shocks, new front rotors and brake pads, and my truck is like new !!!! I have been going to Kirks for 25 years and would never go anywhere else. Take it from mem Kirks Good Year in Little Falls is a great place to get your car / truck serviced also, they have the best prices on tires around !!!! Eeamon is a pleasure to deal with and really appreciates and takes care of his customers.
