Don’t go with this company very dishonest they lied on your face very nice when setting service even first service they left stuff untreated waist of time and money no customer service even complaint no response they intentionally make you to cancel service so they can charge 80% of contract run as fast you can from this company.

Run as fast as you can from this so-called business. They will lie to your face and then you’ll get one or maybe two treatments where they are wonderful and then all of a sudden you cannot reach them via phone, text, anything. Good luck trying to get an appointment set again. They will show up completely out of the blue, with no appointment or just ignore your phone calls. They didn’t perform services they said they performed and lied flat out to my bank. I have the evidence and I am pursuing a lawsuit. Be very careful with these people they are thick as thieves and liars. Also, you will get billed for some erroneous amount that makes no sense whatsoever. They’ll then to tell you you have a contract and then come up with a bogus paperwork. You are so much better off going anywhere else but to this company.

Be aware they will ask you all personal info even SS# don’t trust this company they don’t tell you in front what they will getting signatures from you no email or hard copy of papers you sign later when you don’t like their service try to cancel they will charge your cc for whole year regardless you have first service don’t waste your money and time Get any reputable company pay more for better service and peace of mind..
Definitely dedicated to doing a good job no bs. Family owned and operated they are not as pricey as the corporate bug Killers; Not the cheapest but do you really want that?

I cant say much about the service, I had them at my home twice. It is difficult to contact them by phone. I emailed to cancel one service to be set forward to another month. I had tried to call multiple times before I emailed the request of change. I kid you not 216 was charged to my card the night of my email after business hours (8pm). I attempted to call and email about the miscommunication. I didnt want to cancel my contract but the service of the month. Instead of calling me to confirm or be professional and respond to my emails or phone calls they ignored me. I do not recommend them because of the customer service. Absolutely unprofessional.
This company is A God Send! I set up a appointment and Josh came out answered all questions I had and was professional the whole time i would a GREATLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone trying to get rid of there nasty pests.
I might be a little biased, since the CEO is my brother, but his service is great! We’ve never had a bug in our home since he’s started servicing us and the customer care is like no other. Josh and the other techs know what they are talking about and they make sure to address your needs and worries!
Texas bug team did a great job on my house. You can see they take pride in what they do and do it well.
Waste of money - poor service. First time he talks nicely and make the contract. after that they wont care about quality but charge you more money. paid $240 to break the contract. Billing lady is horrible without notification she charged the card for cancellation. They never respond to customer call and emails.

The owner of Texas Bug Team and his mother are the most greedy, dishonest business owners Ive ever met. STAY AWAY. The only SCAM here is this family business. My husband worked hard to bring them legitimate sales and this so-called honest company came up with petty reasons not to pay him on them AFTER the sale was made and serviced (and they continue to make money on those sales). They also refused to give him a copy of the contract he signed. Then, they let him go via text message and lied to the Texas Workforce Commission about his separation, which resulted in financial loss for our family of six. Lies, lies, lies.

Horrible!! If you cancel they will charge 80% off the remaining 2 year contact.wgich I didnt know about. I thought this was quarterly service and could cancel at anytime. Unfortunately, I wasnt at home when they service was started, so I couldnt read the contract. Im stuck with a $600.00 bill.
