Eric charged 3 dollars to print 1 piece of paper, stated it is a 3 dollar minimum and this is not printed in the store. I think this is definitely an overcharge and not customer friendly to tell customers ahead of time… will no longer go here.

Went in to have some documents notarized. Without even caring enough to understand what we needed the girl working there said she couldn’t do it. She absolutely could have done it, and we had to find a notary elsewhere. I’m not impressed with the lack of customer service

5/25/2021....Thanks for the help with me and my family notary need yesterday for court papers and copies as well as emails a last minute court date and my family and I had been waiting a year.I love all the beautiful merchandise in the store and the people are helpful. I always go here 🥰

I use Zip it at least once a week. They handle all of my marketing material printing. They make it super easy for me to upload what I need printed online and pick it up same day. As a business owner I love that they make it so easy for me.

We have been a long-time customer of Zip It Postal Center, most recently getting a private mail box. They offer a variety of services, conveniently located, and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Its most convenient to send something in for a print.

If they cannot perform a service that you paid for faxing they do not give refunds. I highly recommend going to UPS down the street for courteous service.

Zip it is the best! We needed a table display in a hurry and they made it happen in no time. And this is not the first time they helped us out in rush. The staff is wonderful! Friendly Knowledgeable Great Customer Service!

Shipped two packages from this location on 8/8/2020.Neither package has been delivered to the recipient as of 8/25/2020.Still waiting on a response by one of the associates...

I can say I have never been to a store that every worker in the store knows you by heart. This store Zip It Postal Center in Little Elm has by far out did themselves. Yes of course I can print, copy, scan and fax all by myself but I dont always because I really do love stopping in saying hi and listening to their lovely music. They know what they are doing, they offer up their advice and for sure are willing to help and lend a hand. I am by far very blessed to live in this wonderful community of people.

I took a package there to get sent back as a return and the package showed up on my door step the next day. So instead of sending it back to the company as a return, they sent it to me. 5 minutes up the road. And now I cant return it because the date to return has passed. Cool.

A great place for all your shipping needs! I will admit Ive started dropping off even my post office packages and mail here because its just so darn easy and just right between work and home.The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is rarely a wait and when it is its very short.

I have the best most valuable and reasonable place to visit and use all their services and more. Im getting ready to open my new business and I want zip it to be my go to for all my printing, label, mailing needs. I have more confidence in my own business launch because of Zip it!

Very friendly and competent staff! I have been here many times over the past year, sometimes more than once per day. I have always been treated well and served quickly. They have a number of cute gift items as well as the copy/fax/mail services.

I usually go to the UPS store for printing but it was super busy today. So I decided to go here for the first time. This was a big mistake. I wanted to print off copies from my usb drive and was treated very rudely when I ask if I could print the copies myself like I normally do at other places. I was told NO! You can come around the desk and show me what you want. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough..

This was my first time trying to ship with Zip It Postal Center. My girlfriend asked me to ship some packages for her, so I went to the Zip It Postal Center in Little Elm, TX. I asked the lady working the counter if they charged the same amount as the USPS and she stated that they did. She processed my five packages and affixed the shipping labels to each. As I was paying the $89.26 for postage on my five packages, I asked the attendant how the company made money if they charge the same amount as the various carrier services. She stated they made their money by selling other items and providing other services. There was a variety of merchandise for sale, as well as some printing services that she gestured to on the wall. I didnt really think much of it and assumed she had told me the truth. I finished my transaction and on the way to my car, I texted my girlfriend the amount of the shipping. She texted back stating that the amount of the shipping seemed exorbitant and she wanted to take the packages to USPS to verify that the postage was correct. Uh-oh! I thought. I quickly went in and approached the lady that had helped me a few minutes before. I asked her if I could get a refund and have my girlfriends packages back. I am sure the frantic look on my face said it all. I asked her once again if Zip It Postal Center charged the same as the USPS would charge? She sheepishly confessed, We charge a little bit more. I asked her how much a little bit was. She never responded, but quickly started processing my refund and disappeared behind the closed door to retrieve my packages. The company did provide a full refund and were kind and courteous, but with that said, I was lied to. I made a mad-dash to the USPS across town and ended up paying $58.02 to send the same five packages. I would say by most peoples standards, that is more that a little bit higher.

No one should have to wait weeks to get business cards. My business partner went in to this place with a pre made design, in the file type they required and it still took 4 weeks to get our business cards. Their service is crap. I could have spent the same amount of money and used Vistaprint and gotten better quality cards, faster. The people who work there seem consistently lost, always looking to someone else for answers. Just sad. Wont be returning or recommending.

Service is very slow, but its exceptionally personable and thorough. I use them for all my shipping needs.

My mailer of choice. They provide service for just about every mail/package carrier available and are very customer oriented and friendly. Its more like visiting a country store than a post office.

I will not use this location again. They charge you to tape your box shut. A little petty if you ask me.

They charged 1.00 for a single piece of tape less than 8 inches long. I guess this is why these little places are going under. The lady the worked there was kinda rude too. I won’t ship anything else there.
