It’s pretty good consulting clinic but I had an appointment last Thursday by 1:00 and I called the front desk ( Jennifer) and she told me there would be cancellations fees that I argued for a minute then she offered me a virtual appointment instead that I asked her to give me couple minutes to make sure insurance cover it so I called her back by 12:53 couple times and she didn’t pick my phone ; then I called from my other phone and she picked the phone and was shocked that it was me!! …anyways she sent me the link that I stayed open it for 25 minutes till it got ended due to it’s time…no one called me back since then ..

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Cowgill and her team. I have over 30 years of intense trauma and PTSD and suffered a traumatic brain injury that brought all of it to the immediate surface. But for her intervention, professionalism, patience, trusting nature, compassion, integrity, etc, etc, I’m not sure I would be alive. I have a long, long way to go until I am “okay” but I know working with her there’s a huge light ahead and I will be okay. I can’t recommend FFC more highly. If you are hurting, please don’t feel that you are alone. Please give them a call. It will save your life. God’s blessings. Jackie

So far, Ive only had a phone consultation, but I was impressed with the patience and forthrightness of Mrs. Cowgill. She emphasized that the counselor/patient relationship had to be a good fit for both parties and refrained from giving the one size fit all line. I look forward to seeing how she might be able to help me and my family.

We would like to recommend The FFC Center for their counseling services. We find them to be empathetic and caring for those whom they counsel with.The FFC Center is very community minded and have reached out to those in great trauma situations and walked them through the process to rejoin their normal daily activities.The FFC Center works with veterans and families of suicide victims. Their team of mental health professionals exhibit the highest level of professionalism.
