I scheduled a appointment between 9am and 1pm for Sunday. The guy calls me the day of and says he was not coming because the 9am to 11am appointment I had was just for him to call me and give me an estimate!!! That didn’t sound right, so I called the customer service number and told them what happened and they told me that they double booked me. Instead of the guy being honest saying they were double booked, he lied. Then the other representative did not care either. I will be using another carpet cleaning place that has professionalism !

Called them based on their great google reviews. Im convinced those are fake. They did my carpets today and you cannot even tell they were there. We didn’t have prevalent staining, per say, but just an overall dinginess from normal living. The carpet looks exactly the same. They do not have a truck mounted system. They come in with a small hand held unit, which is fine if they didn’t charge us $300 for it. For that amount of money it should be a professional cleaning. Very disappointed in the cleaning.

I definitely will be using you guys again for any future tile and or grout cleanings that I may need as upkeep. Very pleasant company to work with. Answered all of my questions ahead of time and provided me with a free estimate over the phone as well... Highly recommend this company.
