Sports Clips in Little Elm really has become my favorite place to go to for a haircut for myself and my nine year old son. My stylist Yazmin is really great at what she does. Yazmin is very professional and knowledgeable about what she does. Yazmin has helped me learn what I can do to help improve my hair, as well as figure out the style that I want to wear it (including my beard). The same goes for my son, she does great with him as well and helping to show us what styles he can wear his hair. The environment in the store is always positive, clean, and can even be a fun place the way the stylists interact with each other as well as the customer at the same time. I drive 15 minutes to come to this store and it is definitely worth it. I use the online check in and it’s great! I get there when it tells me to get there, and I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The service is quick, professional, quality, knowledgeable, and fun all in one haircut. I highly recommend anyone check this place out. You will not regret it!

I have never had a bad haircut in my life and it is all thanks to sports clips Little Elm. When I went off to school I would drive an hour+ back home to go to this location because I simply dont trust anyone else with my hair. I dont think Im ever going anywhere else to get a haircut.

Fantastic stylists. Best place for a haircut. Consistent service, nice employees, and The MVP is the best. Always ask for the double MVP and you will not be disappointed. The hot towel facial massage coupled with the scent of tea tree really relaxes me. I love that I have a preference profile and any stylist can reference my last haircut, so the cut is consistent. I love the product recommendations and the effort the stylists put in to show me how the product works best for me.

Visited here several times with mediocre results. The stylists wouldnt even listen or observe how you like your hair styled.I finally gave it another shot and was paired with Sylvia. She was very detailed and cut my hair to match how I styled it. Im very impressed. As long as she is working here, Ill keep visiting.Management, she deserves a raise.

The haircut was awful! Uneven and too short, Asked for a trim. they and jacked my hair took 3 months to recover from this tragedy that is this place. Highly wouldnt recommend to people who want good haircuts.

Came here for a cut with my son as our regular spot (Frisco Barber shop) was fully booked. I showed them pics of how my son and I get our cuts (comb over fade). My stylist was Renee. After my cut, my hair looked totally butchered, to the point she compd me herself. My sons haircut also did not look anything like his regular cut. Having been to majority of the barber shops (FBS, Flodys even great clips). I would rate this place the worst, especially given how much they charge too. Never stepping foot in this place again!.

Just left. I remember MVP cuts from other people clips in the past. They included hot towel and hair wash.This time I got a cut, nothing else but charged the MVP rate. So service was poor. The girls had a 2hr wait showing but only one customer waiting. They even told this to potential customers that called in.These items are going to continue to drive customers looking for quality haircuts away.

The wait was a bit long for a walk in, so Id definitely recommend having an appointment before going. Having said that it was worth the wait for the service I received, and it was a very nice experience overall. Get a drink, and watch ESPN as you get your hair cut is definitely a winning business plan. Will be doing business with sports clips again.

Really enjoyed my experience here today. The stylist made an effort to make sure that everything I wanted done was taken care of. As a first time customer I also received some complimentary services as well. The overall experience was definitely positive and the price was quite fair.

Im pretty disappointed. Make sure before you go in there that you know exactly what you want and to describe it with detail. DO NOT let them cut your hair with vague descriptions. I just got the worst hair cut of my life there and literally had to cancel a date tonight because of this BUZZ cut I just got. I seriously could have taken a beard trimmer and done the same thing that was given to me for 20 bucks...

Great haircuts 3 different peeps here have cut our kids hair or my hair and they all did a great job. This is the alternative that I have been looking for cause I hate how barber shops have a super long wait and are always jam packed. This place had a short wait and got the job done.

I just left this location, if it werent for previous great experiences I might leave just one star. The stylist blended out my part and cut out length she stated was unnecessary after we covered the fact that I have been growing out my hair, dont want the length faded on the sides, and while I dont want a hard (razer) part I do like the part. I ask to thin out the top slightly and ahead took out about a half inch fron the front, negating the effect of reducing volume on top as discussed. She was very excited about her box shaver and insisted on using it on my beard after I started twice that I was trying to add thickness and regrow it out. Not sure why she asked what I wanted anyway. Super annoyed because we have family pictures tomorrow and I previously trusted this place. At least hair grows back, but I am probably not gonna go back -definitely not to see her.

I checked in online and when I got there I was first on their board but they still took 4 people ahead of me. When I told them I had check-in online and then had been waiting there for over an hour and asked why they were still skipping over me, they acted like they didnt care. Two of their stylists were doing nothing and one could hardly speak english. Avoid this location.

I Brought my son here today, it was amazing. They were fast, and the person who cut my sons hair, myranda did an amazing job, and overall the place looked very clean, and in great state.

Best location by far. Great staff. Clean environment. Mikayla the manager is my stylist and shes great. Wouldnt go anywhere but to her. Keep up the great work.

I have only gone to Sport Clips for over 3 years to get my hair cut. I move to Little Elm and within a couple months I have checked in online twice, went to the desk to verify I was here only to get skipped over.I check in online because I dont have time to wait for 40+ mins. Ill find another place. Its extremely frustrating to sit there watch your name be on deck only to have someone else below you go.Well Ill go somewhere else.

Just brought our son in for a haircut... he’s 4 almost 5 years old. The stylist kept looking over at us and obviously didn’t want to cut his hair based on the fact that he was young and thought it would be a hassle. Skipped over us 3 times!!! We were “on deck” 3 different times and the stylists would look out and pick someone else from the list of clients waiting... horrible! Not a single one of them showed to be there for an appointment... I usually come here for my haircuts as well because they are so close to where I work, but now I’m definitely finding somewhere else...

I came in with my husband and my son. We came in around 7:20 (store closes at 8:00) and we made sure it was ok for them to take us before we signed in. One of the stylists seemed irritated that we had arrived close to closing. The same stylist ended up cutting my sons hair. I showed her a picture of how I wanted it cut. During the cut, I kept waiting for her to go shorter, as I had asked and as it was in the picture, but she never did. So when she asked if it looked ok, I had to say no, I need it much shorter. When I tried asking her questions about where she was (what number she had used on certain areas of his hair), she seemed extremely reluctant and irritated to answer. My husband, who was in the next chair, told her to make it a 4. She asked me if I was sure I wanted a 4 and I told her if my husband says do a 4 then its ok. Well, that was a mistake because it was TOO short. I know we told her to do it, I just wish she would have explained how short it was going to be. She spent little to no time blending what was left. Overall, my sons haircut looked like a home haircut by the time we left. Also, during the hair cut she went very fast and my son was uncomfortable the entire time. We will not return to this Sports Clips after our experience. I only gave two stars because the stylist who did my husbands hair did a good job and had a pleasant attitude.

This particular location seems to be hot and cold. Every other time I visit, something negative happens. The other times seem to go well. Ive seen a few times where this location and only this location is closed while other locations are open. Based on that and on what I hear from their employees, there are likely problems with management.

Please read!!!I came into this place with very long hair so I said i needed just a little off the top and a trim which by the way costed 25$ but somehow “just a trim” In their language means make me look like Mark Zuckerburg. I don’t know how the hell they could screw up so badly but if you want an uneven semi buzz cut I would recommend this place. Please don’t come here unless you like looking like a 5 year old with safety scissors gave you a haircut.Thanks!

Sport Clips Little Elm has the best kept secret in Mens cuts. I wont divulge names because there is ALWAYS a wait for this stylist...and I dont really like to wait. For THIS stylist however, Id wait all day.

Just moved to little elm and I have always used sports clips in the past for my boys but not to happy with the visit or stylist sarah at this location. She cut the back on my sons neck and didnt even bother to blow the hair off of him and not to mention she smelled like a ashtray.

Were so happy for chosen this place, my stepson is autistic and for year his dad making his haircut, but now he have a transition and he need been more independent, so she was patiently, friendly and kindly with him . For sure we back next month.. THANKS!!

Worst customer service ever! They never even acknowledge you when you walk in the door, 1/2 hour later they ask who needs to check in and then proceeds to say its a 1/2 hour wait! Seriously at least tell the customer when they walk in the door. Went to great clips in the hobby lobby shopping center and was taken care of immediately and the wait wasnt an hour. Dont waste your time at this sport clips location especially if your pressed for time!

Im so angry. I took my son into the salon today. He had very long hair and was apprehensive about cutting it. We told the stylist that we wanted to keep it long on top and very short underneath; essentially an undercut. Instead she made his hair SUPER short. I mean, it wast even medium length. I told her I was afraid she was cutting it too short, and she responded that she didnt want him to have a mullet. Im completely livid. Im never bringing him back again.

Unfortunately my review is based on one person solely. Sarah... not sure if she is new to this establishment or to cutting hair altogether. But she cut my sons hair today and it was HORRIBLE. A fade turned into a total shave. Completely ruined. A military cut. Just HORRIBLE. My 13 year old (you understand how important looks are to boys that age) is so distraught he doesnt want to go to school tomorrow. He loves his hair and while I would sometimes say it looks fine. Itll grow it trully looks SOO horrible. She shaved his head. And I still paid $18 for that cut...I dont know if Ill be back there, he definitely doesnt want me to. Its not common for a 13 year old to cry but like I said...he refuses to go to school.Its quite upsetting as a parent to see your child that way. He literally showed her a picture of what he wanted. He asked if she could do that. He showed her a picture...If she didnt know how to do a fade or do anything even remotely close to a fade...she shouldve said so. We wouldve been happy to wait for someone else. Or dont work at a salon called Sports clips I am incredibly disappointed and upset by Sarahs job... go elsewhere. You might pay a little more. But theyll be way better than this.Not to mention...for 10 minutes of the haircut, she was on her phone...

Been going to sportsclips since they started. Been going to this location since they opened. Then, one day as I asked for my shampoo first instead of last, as I have every time Ive ever been to Sports Clips, I got an argument. Big blond girl proceeds to tell me how I cant POSSIBLY want to do that, and rants on and on. Basically telling me Im stupid to want to do it that way and getting all exasperated. Holy Cow. If its that big a deal, why hasnt anyone in over a decade mentioned it to me before? Then, even though I asked for the home run deal, she didnt give me a massage. While cutting my hair she kept slapping the scissors against my head, and seemed to take pride in seeing how much hair she could get to fall on my face. I dont know who pooped in her Cheerios but Im not going back. Ever.

Entered location at 12:15. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes because there was no sign in sheet and I didnt want to interrupt either of the two stylists cutting hair, or lose my place in line as there were 5 clients waiting. One of the stylists asked me to sit down and informed she would get me signed in after she finished with her client. I sat down and waited another 30 minutes until all the clients that were in the store before me were taken care of. The stylist next called a client that entered the store after me. I asked the stylist how the sign in process works as I have been waiting over 30 minutes and was earlier told to sit down by her. She the handed me a clip board and said to fill this out, and called the customer who arrived after me to sit down.I WALKED OUTSports Clips: I will never return to any of your locations and will go out of my way to encourage others to avoid your business.

Dont go too late even though they say they close at 6, they lock their doors 20 min early. I was a happy customer until I try to walk in during open hours and the doors are locked.

Always get a great haircut there! Stylists are knowledgable, and you get to watch sports while getting your haircut.

Its ok for sports clips... I forgot this guys name but every time I go in to get the military style hair cut he messes up and screws up the front part of my hair so it looks like I have a MASSIVE pinstripe down the front of my forehead... this mistake makes other people make fun of me! Thats hard for a 16 year old! And I cant cut it off because it will make it look weird if I mess up! So next time I go (if I do go) I wont be leaving a tip...

For once in my life, I sacrificed quality for convenience and went to a SuperCuts that was closer to my home. After the stylist HACKED my hair and completely had no chance of winning my business, I went straight to SportClips where they have always done a great job for me. Johnny is THE BEST! He saved my head and turned a completely terrible cut into EXACTLY what I needed and asked for.

I was turned away at 720 PM and told that they closed at 8PM... I will gladly talk my business elsewhere...

They would not cut my hair without giving them my name, address, phone number and birth date. When I told them no, they insisted it was needed for their computer. I told them that all I wanted was a hair cut, but they would not cut my hair without this information. Unbelievable !!

The manager, Mikayla, is awsome! I have followed her for the past 2 years and she took over this location several months ago and it is great! Good customer service and they make sure you look your best. If you have the option to have Mikayla cut your hair, she will go above and beyond. I would not drive from Lewisville to see her if she did not. If there were more stars I would give it to them. If you have a choice give them a chance. You will become a loyal customer.
