Walter not only saved my car after Midas screwed me completely! But he has amazing customer service and a great family working with him. When something wasn’t working right he took the time to find and fix the problem. He wasn’t looking for things that weren’t wrong like other places. Could I give zero stars? This business is horrible! Our Uhaul truck was scheduled weeks in advance. A few days ahead of time we talked to confirm and were told our pickup time was being moved back. No explanation. This forced us to move back our hired movers. Then, on the morning we arrived to pick up our truck, it wasnt there. UNBELIEVABLE! We had to wait, wait, and wait until another truck could be brought and then were given a different size than we had reserved. If you want rudeness and gross incompetence, then this is your place. If not, RUN from this business and tell your family and friends to do the same.
