So, so happy! I had my ring a year when I knocked a diamond loose. I emailed support and got great service. They fixed the setting, checked all the others, and cleaned it. Turnaround time was about 2 weeks and my ring came back beautiful and sparkling in certified mail.They included the jewelry cleaner as a gift. Have yet to try it.
