Food was good, relaxed atmosphere, prices fair and a close walk to several hotels for business travel.

Rainbow completed a follow up meeting as the original date was in winter. Tech was very professional. I did have to resort to buying a different bait as the mice was just not taking any of the traps. I have not seen any mice activity. Hope it stays that way. I would recommend.

Their quote came back 3 times higher (by $1000) than their initial estimate and they blamed the high price on the age of the property and foundation type.If the age of property/foundation type can cause that much variance, asking a customer a few more basic questions up front would be the right thing to do and maybe their initial quote would be more accurate.We contacted another contractor who was able to do the work at a more reasonable price.They insisted we pay the $99 trip charge for their time.

Carpenter ants announced their presence in our garage recently. Rainbow Pest Experts came out, did a thorough evaluation of not only the ants but other pests. Dave took care of the carpenter ants immediately, then came back with Steve yesterday to seal off the entire perimeter of our 46-year-old house. They worked professionally, with a sense of humor and plenty of patience for my questions. The same crew took care of squirrels whod taken up residence in our ceiling a few years ago. I recommend them without reservation!

In the beginning of our work with Rainbow Pest Experts, we did have some hassles with miscommunication regarding scheduling appointments and having multiple technicians that did not seem to have an understanding of what previous technicians had done or found.We had contacted them about a mouse infestation in our basement. While their work seemed to take care of the mice, unfortunately, we started getting shrews in the basement regularly. The Rainbow technician who came about about the shrews said that Rainbow did not deal with shrews and just recommended we get some rat traps.Distraught, we wrote a lengthy letter to Rainbow about our issues. To their credit, they sent out a couple of their best workers to investigate and find any possible additional openings through which shrews were getting in. They even went so far as to take off deck boards (and replace them later.) We are happy to report that we have not seen a shrew in over a month-and-a-half.Although it took about a year to finally get our mouse/shrew problem solved through Rainbow, we are pleased that Rainbow did choose to make things right for us.
