Quick, convenient, great no-nonsense service (yes, they asked if I want the higher grade oil but it was a quick question - twice - and left it; low pressure).

I generally change my own oil but wanted to see what Valvoline was like. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and informative and were very transparent about what they thought I needed to have done. Would highly recommend.

We were recommended to come to this specific location. I just needed my headlight bulb replace and Dylan was very informative about which bulb he willl use and pricing. Also Lamar leveled my tires which was nice. My experience at Valvoline have always been great but at this recent visit the guys went above and beyond. Awesome job!

It was my first time ever going to a Valvoline. First things first, the service is amazing! Went in for an oil change and ended up getting other services which I needed! They are very knowledgeable. Definitely will be back . They also have me a coupon since it was my first time.

This was my first time going to valvoline, and let me tell you!!!! I was so nervous.. i called this place like 3 times in one day... HAHA. i asked about prices, then asked about drive through, then called again asking for wait time.. dont hesitate to call - they are so friendly.. But Dylan and his crew legit talked me through everything. They did not pressure me into getting new filters, or the higher prices of oil. But they did educate me. That was the best part, as they walked through the entire process with me during the entire oil change, Dylan educated me about things of my car i did not know. He did not pressure me like a sales man, he did his job, educated me on what was best recommended. I work in healthcare so it is hard for me to do anything, so i just called during my lunch hour and asked if they had a wait line. at that time, they didnt so i went. I left work at 1230pm and left valvoline at 12:56pm. Plus the coupon was awesome! dont forget to go onto their website and check out their coupons!! super simple! Super nice, professional, respectful. So thank you for taking care of my car so i get back onto the healthcare field! you and your team did an amazing job. Very good location, employees outside if more then standard waiting time . Not really set to sell idems that car or customer need will say so if necessary weekend team work well together in / out time @ 15 minutes if possible clean garage. Cost prevailing

They didnt check any of my lights like I usually get. I asked a question about my ac to be refilled and was basically ignored. Was not happy with the service....rushed on and out!!!!

Went in for a oil change with a coupon for a discount for some oil. And they gave me the most expensive oil witch my car did not need. They also made me put my keys in a box witch I thought was kinda sketchy because I am in the car so couldnt I have just kept my keys?

Great service, very thorough, and reasonably priced. Having free beverages is also plus because most places make you pay for drinks. Will definitely go back again. Also this location is worth the drive because the other locations fail to have the same quality of customer service and attention to details.

Im generally skeptical of these places, but being in a pinch today, I stopped by here. Not expecting anything other than an expensive oil change, they [without asking] diagnosed and repaired a vacuum leak that had caused my van to run rough lately for FREE. The $40 price tag for an oil change kills me, but their staff is great and it is very convenient. Were they a little cheaper theyd get 5 stars. Thanks to Jesse.
