I bought a house in the fall of 2019 with an in-ground irrigation system and didn’t know anything about how to work it. I called Birch and they came out right away to help shut it off for the fall, then came back in the spring and spent a long time teaching me all about it, how to adjust it if needed, and also went all around the yard checking all the zones and sprinkler heads. Again this fall, I was able to quickly get scheduled with them to shut off the water and flush the lines for the winter.I will continue to use Birch for their affordability and professionalism, their willingness to take extra time to answer questions, teach me about my system, and the ease of scheduling.
