Like many others have said, this place was very unprofessional and lack communication. I would rate it negative stars if that is possible.I signed a contract to work for a month with this agency (with the potential to extend) and on the day after my last day, they called me to ask why I was not at work. DID YOU GUYS EVEN EXTEND MY CONTRACT? that was my initial thought, but like adults, I kept it cool and said that my contract ended and no one contacted me to extend or end the job. PLEASE be more communicative to your employees.

If I can give this Pro Staff a negative 5 star I would. I remember sometime last year I got into a argument with one of the recruiter. It’s been a while but it was because I told him that I had second thoughts about the job that he had found me. He immediately got hostile and started bashing me in a very rude manner. Saying things in a very disrespectful tone, but after that phone call. Very oddly I immediately received a email asking how my call went......Hmmm very odd, so I replied immediately stating every detail of what just happened. The funny thing about the email was that it clearly stated that it was a anonymous review and no one will know who submitted it. As the time went by maybe about 10 minutes after, I received a call from Pro Staffs manager. She immediately asked me what was wrong and about the situation, and we worked things out like adults. This story is long but I’m going to cut to the chase, basically they didn’t really contact me back after that incident. Every job I applied for through them was denied or I never received any follow ups back. This place is unprofessional at what they do I don’t care what review you read on here but this is the honest truth and like every other pro staff, they will only bargain with you if you are asking for a low paying job. Don’t waste your time and effort, after I got disrespected and got put on as a joke I realized how horrible the management and jobs were.

I really enjoy working with the staff in the Little Canada office. I am self-employed, and they’ve been able to work with my part-time schedule to supplement my income. The clients they have sent me to are professional and understanding knowing that I am only available 2-3 days a week.

I have had a very positive experience working with Gao Vang at the Little Canada Pro Staff. Gao is professional, caring, efficient and friendly. She does a great job managing my work schedule and payroll and other details.I have worked as a model home greeter for two years through this agency.

They send you a broken link to set up your direct deposit. When I emailed them about it, they told me to try another day. When I replied that it brings you to an error page, they just ignored me. Then when I asked them where I can pick up my check, they told me they now have to mail it out and I have to wait until Wednesday now. I will be filing a complaint to corporate, but I figured I would warn you all first.

I love the people at ProStaff especially Gao Vang. Gao really cares about you as a person, not just as an employee. She is great to work with. She always takes the time to listen to you and help in any way she can. Thank you Gao!

I had a bad experience with a job placement they gave me the hours worked but the place was not friendly at all. I dont think i can work for this staffing agency again, because when the agent called me asking me why i walked off i told her what happen how i felt and how i was treated the place was horrible for temps i caught this guy talking about me because i couldnt do something with a part I could see if i wasnt trying but i was he clearly says well if they cant do the job fire their ass i asked if i could possibly go to a different machine because this one was giving me a hard time but they just kept talking I told pro staff what happen they didnt care . Long story short i dont think i will go back not that they care. fyi for others be careful with this place.

Federal molding company is not a good place to work 3rdshift. Nobody really speaks English & the supervisor (blong) sleeps in his car the whole night till 1st shift comes in to seem like he was working the whole night.Very terrible.
