I work at a nursing home and they frequently come to pick up packages from here. They never wear a mask even when residents are out on the patio. When asked to wear a mask, the guy said i dont have one and then i said okay well then can you back up to the street, he took one step back. So rude and entitled. I just saw another employee come and pick up a package and didnt wear a mask. I get people are frustrated with having to wear masks but its a nursing home full of vulnerable adults. Save the rebellion for somewhere else.

After reading the reviews I was nervous. However Ryan helped me and did it well. Very pleasant and helpful. My boss was happy to have the documents picked up same day, being we called so late . Would definitely recommend and use again

You guys had a driver waiting at the hospital I happened to be walking out of after my appointment, he was nice and said hello, complimented my hair. I continued to walk and he shouts out his window asking me if I’m single. Extremely unprofessional, rude and creepy.

The first part of our experience with Quicksilver was great, until they actually had to pick up our load. We ship across the lower 48 so this is not our first time moving freight and needed a unit recovered from a facility in Minnesota. We gave them weight and measurements and they said they could pick up same day. Once they got to the pickup I was told they could not do it, charged $85, and hung up on when trying to get an explanation. I am sure this company can handle moving a couple of boxes but I would be careful if you have a load of any size.

At 450 in the morning I was the recipient of a driver that had complete road rage. He scared me to death. Slammed on his breaks and pulled over than pulled out behind me and was jerking the van riding my bumper. driving like a crazy person and very agressive. Than I pulled over because he was scaring me. instead of him driving off he slammed on his breaks and pulled over behind me. I opened my door and he speed off at a very high speed in a 35mph area. When I received a call back from Rob the manager he is condescending, made excuses as to why his driver was driving like he was and frankly didnt really seem to care that his driver was completely out of control and unprofessional in a company van.

Slave wages for the delivery driver, terrible company how they live with themself is beyond me.

Awful company, they pay slave wages,and the managers are clueless idiots who dont respect their employees. There is a constant turnover of drivers and office workers, so that sums up the companys view of their workers. Plus I heard several customer complain how the prices they paid for service were jacked up - no one told them why this happened. It is a poorly run company. Worst experience of my life- shysters.
