In response to Eric Andersons comment - you expect people to work for free? And you are angry when they wont. Technical support people are paid for their efforts.
Would give it more or less stars but customer service was really rude and would not help me. Wanted me to pay 39.99 for helping me. All I asked is how to connect to the modem. The lady told me I had two options go online which I did already or pay and she could not assist me until she got payment. And all of this because I am out of warranty. Most places will help with questions on how to connect. Poor customer service. Rude people.
