I had my suits and shirts dry cleaned on this visit. Your team is always professional, courteous and friendly. The clothes were cleaned well and done in a timely manner. My only issue is that you changed the plastic piece on hangers to a flat plastic piece instead of the more solid round piece that you have used for years. This new change is terrible and appears cheap and of very poor quality. As a manager of businesses and longtime guest, I know that perception is reality. This change is not a good one. I am sorry to say I am looking to change my dry cleaner as a result of this change. I have been a CD guest for well over ten years. I hope you will change back to the better quality hanger cover. Otherwise I will be saying goodbye soon. Please know this is in no way a reflection on your team. They always provide exceptional guest service. Thank you.

Very friendly and quick service, but phone quote was much lower than actual cost of alterations.Lori was great and does beautiful seamstress work and was VERY accommodating.I would suggest CD One invest in a nice, clean (and air conditioned) fitting room area for their alteration customers. Using the bathrooms to try on formal gowns and dresses was a turn-off and could deter customers from coming back.

Rude people at the front desk who misinformed me of services on the phone. When I came in. They said they couldnt do what I had called about. WhichI guess would have been ok, except I specifically called fir that reason. I came in the same day and the girls at the front counter was rude. Will not go here again and will not recommend them everyone I know.

I left a nylon pleated coat and when I picked sit up a week later it still had stains on it. So I took it home and hand washed it myself. You pay for what you get. It was cheap, but now I know why the service was so cheap.

Just recently walked out of there and my dress Id taken in had a nasty stain still on it when I sent the dress it was from staying in my closet for a while it was yellow and the girl named Jenny was so rude so unbelievably unhelpful I asked her I said well the dress is still stained and she goes well theres nothing we can do about it I mean we can run it through the cleaner again I cant give your money back so theres nothing we can do I could not believe my ears what a disgrace of a worker Ive gone there every time had a good experience never experienced the problem and now shes telling me theres nothing she knew she can help me to get get my money back and they can barely do anything for the I said you know Ill take it somewhere else or whatever she goes well and you can leave it here but its not going to make a difference since you dont know what the stain is. My goodness but if youre going to be in customer service then find somebody who wants to be there not somebody was just there to be rude to people and make them never want to come back

ONE QUICK STORY SEVERAL TIMES I’VE LEFT MONEY IN MY SHIRT POCKETS NOT JUST $20/$40 BUT SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY LAUNDRY THEY SAID “ WAIT WE HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU” AND THEY HANDED ME A ENVELOPE AND UNBELIEVABLE THERE WAS MY MONEY ! I HEARD THAT HAPPENED TO A FRIEND OF MINE WITH $40.00 !

They dont have to open until 7 am but they actually open at 6:30 to accommodate people like me who commute into downtown Chicago everyday. I love the staff as well; very nice to deal with. Also easy-in and easy out - cant beat that.

I’ve tried this location several times. When I chose wash and fold they make it a hassle if I don’t have in their bag? Three times their scale weights at least .25 over weight?They offer alliterations? When I bought one pair of slacks in the cashier asked where would you like to sew? Isn’t that part of altercations to measure? Went to bathroom and someone measured one leg, despite .1/2 difference on my legs. They wants $14 for hem only and told me one week? I went down the street and getting next day for less!This location is the rudest and unfriendly I’ve experienced. I’d rather drive to Wheaton location for honest service.

I was rushing to the cleaners and finally get there a minute before they close. There was 4 or 5 ladies clearly still working. As soon as I pulled up to the front of the store they lock the door as I’m walking up to the door. That was extremely rude and definitely won’t go there again. They might do good work but my first and last experience was horrible.

The staff was super friendly and polite. Great prices. They even gave me a big laundry bag for being a first time customer. Made living out of a hotel for three weeks very convenient.

The seamstress who hemmed my wedding dress referred me here because they did a great job with her daughters. I walked in and the lady who was at the front was very rude from the beginning. I hung the dress up and with barely looking at it said they wouldnt press it because it had beads. What wedding dress doesnt have beads?! The lady who referred me here, her daughters dress had beads. So I asked where else I could take it and she just pointed down the road without giving me names or anything. On my way back to work I stopped at the first cleaners I came to and without even hesitating said they would press it.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. They ruined my sweater that was $600 on sale and all they offered me was $100 because thats how much its worth according to their calculations. But the saddest part is that the manager and one of their employees was so rude, told me they dont care and that I can do whatever I want. Theyve ruined plenty of my white shirts in the past but I just let it go. THE WORST CLEANERS AND SERVICE. AVOID!!!!!

The prompt service when my wife or I walk through the door to drop off or pick up our garments. Also when our children are with us they like the bowl of lollipops over by the coffee station at the entry door. Thanks

Used this location weekly for my work dress shirts and suits over the last 3 years. Amazing price and service. Never had a single lost or damaged item. Not sure if the cleaning chemistry changed halfway through as I did notice irritation at one point, but it possibly could have just been dry cold weather.

Very easy and simple. Bring clothes in, drop-off, pay amount. Amount is always inexpensive compared to other cleaners in my area.

Took a white suit jacket in to be cleaned and was pleasantly surprised at what a good job they did and for less than $4!

I dont know about the quality of their dry cleaning but their wash and fold service was a terrible disappointment. They mixed up the clothes in two orders which I took great care to specify and make them write up and acknowledge were to be processed separately. And the clothes just werent clean. Stains, lint, pet hair all over everything. Its almost as though they hadnt been washed at all. Yuck CD One Price. You made a baaad impression on this customer.

I started going to CD when they first opened. For the price, they were worth it. However, over the last several months my suits and shirts are coming back with no buttons. I picked up clothes yesterday and the pants were still wrinkled and four suit buttons were missing from my right sleeve. This place is no longer worth it because they always damage the clothes.

They are very friendly. They have convenient hours. They are reasonably priced.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!I brought in my husbands 2 suits to be dry cleaned and upon getting them back, I noticed the black one had 2 holes in the arm and a broken button when he went to wear it. So I went and inspected his beige one and to my shock it had a hole in almost the same place on the arm and much Worse it had holes in multiple places on the front of the coat!!!!!! I CANT BELEIVE THEY EVEN PUT THE COAT IN PLASTIC AND GAVE IT TO US LIKE THIS!!!!!!! DID THEY THINK WE WOULDNT NOTICE!!!!!!! I guess thats why it was in the middle of the set of clothes! I will never bring my clothes back here and I would recomend you dont give them your business!!!! And when I went to solve this matter with them I got the run around from their employee!
