Coming home to a flooded kitchen and basement is one of the worst feelings. Our dishwasher waterline broke and completely flooded our kitchen and through the floor and into the basement. We called 2 people and we went with these guys based on their knowledge and how they helped explain the steps for the water restoration and was detailed about the time for everything to be done. Our basement flooded the back up water pump didnt work. We had about 2 inches of water and it was gross. We called and got a person answering for their emergency repair very early in the morning. Adam answered and sent a crew out right away. Restoration Services located off Ogden Ave came out went over everything from calling insurance to removing the water. We had to have the laminate flooring removed because water was under it. The drywall and trim had to be removed and they also sprayed it. Everything is better than new now. I highly recommend them for water damage and any restoration services you would need.

We called ServiceMaster Restoration Services from Downers Grove on a Sunday after heavy rain and sleet caused roof leaking down the interior wall. Bubbling out the wall all the way to the floor of the basement. Then part of the ceiling fell in and we had drywall and insulation all over the kitchen. We called and they sent a team out right away. They closed the ceiling with plastic. Blocked the leak and set up huge fans and dehumidifier to dry it out right away.The heavy rain damage exposed mildew inside the wall. After everything was dry they gave us a detailed estimate, helped with our insurance, and got the job done as expected, and mostly gave us peace of mind. If your having an emergency like we did. They had a 24hrs line that I called and a support staff returned the call at 1am. The staff arrived here first thing in the morning to assess the situation.They walked me step by step through this flood damage process and even helped me locate the source of the active leak. He got the city involved and the problem was taken care of.I couldnt ask for a better company. A pipe in my kitchen ceiling burst during the recent Polar Vortex, I knew I had to get a mold remediation company out asap. Service Master was wonderful, from the estimators, to the gentlemen that removed the ceiling and floor. Super Punctual, explained everything that would be happening, closed off the room, keeping the rest of the house free of debris, hauled everything away, and swept and cleaned, and worked directly with my Insurance Company.
