Very nice nail tech, Liv, and all around friendly and homey beauty salon. I went to get my nails done and they turned out beautiful. I had great conversations with Liv and cant wait to go back to get my hair done! Very cute place!

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to say my experience with Beauty Box has been very disappointing. I made an appointment for a Thursday and I called three days prior to cancel my appointment. I left a message because I had a hard time getting through to someone as I wanted them to be able to fill the spot. I told them I would call back to reschedule. I called today asking if they had any openings (maybe a cancellation) tomorrow and they asked me what time I could come in, inferring availably. I provided her with a time and she asked my name before placing me on hold. When she came back she curtly stated they were completely booked. I was never offered a later date making me feel they did not want my business. Overall I am sad to say my experience with Beauty Box in Lisbon has been very unpleasant and there are many other stylists that would like the business. Very unprofessional.
