Excellent neighborhood gym. The layout leaves you plenty of room to focus on your workout while the variety of equipment allows you to continuously change things up if you need to.

Great place, food is good and they have a nice happy hour

Ive been coming here for 2-3 months now, and can say that its probably my favorite overall gym experience Ive had. The owners and staff are great, and they truly make an effort (and care enough) to make sure their members have a good environment and experience. Also, when I first walked in to check the place out, I didnt get the hard sell and runaround gym owners often give to get you to opt into a contract you didnt know you were signing. They answered all my questions with clarity and transparency. It continues to be a positive experience.

For those who are looking at actually achieving fitness goals rather than just going to a foo-foo gym, youll love the staff, the members, and the support. Everything you need to succeed is there. Love it.

Ill come here only if the traffic is bad on 35 on my way home to forest lake, mn. Its an ok gym. Clean, kinda small. Dont quite like how the bench press/squat rack is slanted down. Feels odd benching. Usually only a few people in the gym on days I come here. My go to gym is the anytime fitness in Forest lake. This is gym is like the size of the locker room at my go to gym.

Not a bad facility was clean and maintained. My problem was with the way the staff works. First off they lied to us about pricing. They had two different employees tell us two different things and we ended up having to pay way more than what we had agreed to when signing up. Second they decided not to go over exactly what was in there contract before having us sign up. I was never told that there was a two month cancellation notice that we had to sign and still had to pay two months more even though we do not use the facility. Their pricing is way higher than many gyms around us also. When I confronted them about the issues I was having, they blamed it on the other employee saying he doesnt know exactly everything about the contracts and we just use him as back up when we cant be here. Would not recommend this location unless you want to be lied to and be charged way more than you sign up to be.

Kyle is an awesome manager and Walt takes good care of the place. Small building but it has anything u could ever need from a gym.
