You know what I like ?Walking into a store after buying a new car and working on the repairs and being helped like an actual person.Often times when a female goes into an auto parts shop they just try and explain it like they’re talking down on you.Not this one.The store manager Eddie personally helped us with our new -Subaru- headlights and was very kind and helpful to my wife and I.Instead of saying “I’ll do it for you” (which I hate and he picked up on that I actually like to learn), he showed me what he was doing and was patient.This guy knows his stuff and thank you so much for your gratitude!

Really poor they need new workers there they always give me the wrong part and Im tired of this just waiting my time...ima go to OReilly I heard there is better service and they have the right parts I need I been always wasting my time with autozone.

Last Sunday Novemver 1st 2020 I walked into the Auto Zone # 3329 In Lindsay California on the verge of a mental melt down. You see, I have 3 disabilities, I am older 56 years, female, and had just gotten off of work at dawn exhausted from doing the graveyard shift and positively terrified to see my vehicle was not working.I was cheerfully greeted by Alex Xayasith and he very attentively listened to me as I told him I did not know what was wrong with the vehicle. Alex seemed extremely knowledgable and was a master at calming my nerves. Alex sprang into action! There is no possible way he could have known the mental distress I was under or that my disabilities had been triggered. However that man INSTINCTIVELY rose to the challenge of helping. He assured me I wasnt alone and proved it with his every action. I am writing this in tears of gratitude.Alex checked my battery, helped me select one I could afford...he did everything.. so gently, so professionally, so tenderly. I am still shocked that I recieved such caring service from an auto parts store. I am moved to speak to whoever his bosses are... and pray they will at least see this. With so much uncertainity going on in our world... to meet a gentleman who truly cares about others is a gift from God Above.I will be happy to give his bosses any information needed to look back at this transaction last Sunday morning....this man deserves to be recognized for what he did....truly truly he saved me from hospital admission...he resolved my situation and left me feeling /knowing that God Himself used Alex to rescue me. Yes! Alex rescued a disabled lady on the job unbeknowest to him. Please Please acknowledge Alex, duplicate him, place him in a position to train others to be like him, and please give him a raise and promotion... If everyone were like Alex this world wold would be a better place...this man steps up to the plate when it comes to serving others...what he did for me he did not have to do...no he went above and beyond the call of duty. Ive never experienced anytihng like it in my life and will never in a millinon years forget it. I can say this... as long as Auto Zone is around the corner I feel safe. God Bless Alex Xayasith...God Bless that man! A lifesaver, a beacon of hope, an amazing employee... a great great man! OMG!!! I simply cannot say enough...please please duplicate this man and dont forget to give him a huge raise!

Hit and miss with staff they don’t know customer service at all, also when you call they answer and just put you on hold then if you don’t know what happen and you call right back they told me dam can’t you just hold wow that would really anger a person that did nothing wrong just want to order a part

I went looking for a brake light bulb for a 2005 Camry, the store is nice & well stocked but I was given the wrong bulb so I had to go back & exchange it for the right one 2 days later or I would have given it 4 stars.Something was going on with my brake/tail lights because a few days to a week later I had to go back and get the other one (that I had returned) no problems since though. They were very helpful &Nice about it. I checked to see if I needed the wrong one & it was fine the first time, replaced the brake light & then the tail light went out.

The staff is friendly an helpfully, just wish they knew more about vehicles to better help customers. One manager went above an beyond to help me find what I needed. Wish the entire staff was this way

Today I had an above and beyond the call of duty moment with AutoZone, Lindsay, CA.I went to get an oil filter for my van and noticed a sale tag indicating two filters for $5, so I got two. At the counter, the sales associate rang up the filters without the sales credit. I called his attention to the sale price. He went back to check on the pricing. He came back and told be that the sale was obsolete, but he was going to give me the sales price anyway. That would have been fine with me.But then he told me that because of my inconvenience of thinking I had got a sale and then was disappointed, he removed any charge for the filters and gave them to me free. All I had to pay for was the oil I had bought.Thanks AutoZone. Your action was surely beyond what I would have asked for!

Their customer service is terrible. Even the management have terrible attitudes. Also they have very little to know knowledge of what their store carries or how to answer even the simplest questions. Ill go somewhere else for my auto part needs no matter the drive or cost. And we do a lot of repairs for family and friends and ourselves as we are mechanics...thanks for nothing auto zone!

Typical auto parts place. Service isnt great but they will help when they have to. Prices arent the best out there but you can find a deal once in a while. Worth a visit once in a while.
