My visit took a bit too long for my liking.

Inexperienced.....the people were very great but seem to lack in knowledge of their own work. They could not even figure out how to use a coupon for 20 dollars off. I recommend going to Visalia or Porterville or anywhere else but here until they are trained. Again great customer service but I felt like I could have been attended by someone with more experience.
