When I was in a car accident Diane and Brian went above and beyond in making sure not only my claim was taken care of, but that I was okay at a personal level. Would not go anywhere else for auto and home insurance. They are all very professional and treat you like family and not a number like other agents. Thank you Brian and his team. Ive been with them since 2008 but have other things insured by various other companies. I thought I was getting VIP treatment when the owner himself called me. I mean I know the guy. Ive had dinner with his friends and family. But nope, they have been the only company to date to deny a claim I made. They didnt even pay a visit to the residence for an inspection. The phone call was just an easy way out saying they knew the situation and and wouldnt be covering it. Here I thought I might get a little extra service for being an acquaintance and loyal customer of over 10 years. Instead I received worse service, and assumptions.Its a 2 star review because people ignore the 1 star reviews, and his staff is nice.

Maria Teresa Was absolutely amazing to go to for my life insurance policy this was my first time ever looking into something of this nature It was a breeze getting this going with her. Since making the switch from Allstate to State Farm Brian and his team has taken good care of me and my family. State Farm is Great insurance company. Our agent Brian Watson and all the team members are such an amazing persons always there to answer all questions. Ive had this insurance ever since I got my Drivers license. The company has always been very friendly. I have not had issues with adding cars or claims. They work with us to satisfy our needs and do what needs to be done to get us where we need to be.
