Have tried to write a review on Sport Clips of Lindon for the last 15 min. on their website. They make that an impossible task. So I will vent here. I have been going there for many years. My visits number well over 50. Been going online for three days to get a haircut. Finally today the stylist I prefer (Alicia) showed up on the site so I checked in with her as my stylist. Showed up 5 min. before designated time. Was asked if I had checked in online. YesI had, completed check in, and board on wall showed me as checked in for Alicia with 2 ahead of me. Frustrating, but something I could live with. Sat for ten min, one customer got done and left. Showed one ahead of me. Another customer got done and left, another 10 min later.It showed me next for Alecia. Waited another 10 min, began wondering why, I hadnt been called.Went to front, and asked a stylist, why Alecia, hadnt called me yet. Oh, she came in, but wasnt scheduled, so I sent her home, had to tell her four times, to go. I said, So no one bothered to inform me, and her name is still up on the board. She said, Oh, if I had known. Anyone know a good place around for a good mens haircut. Im looking.

Not your typical review. I actually got my haircut at the Saratoga Springs location (already left a positive review there) but was so impressed with the lady that cut my hair that I thought I should leave one here too.I cannot remember her name but she is the Area Manager and mentioned that this Lindon store was her home store and she was just filling in at the Saratoga location for the day.Anyways, I just wanted to say thank Ive been a hardcore Great Clips person my whole life. Ive been to Sport Clips three times now and my opinion is forever changed. I have been really happy with my haircuts and have zero desire to walk into another great clips again. The staff has been great every time. I dont usually leave Google reviews but so far every time Ive been beyond impressed. I would definitely give these guys a try.

Best haircut I’ve ever had and an amazing experience from customer service to friendly conversation through the cut. And you just have to get the MVP experience for the hot towels and shampoo and scalp massage. It will change the way you think about haircuts.

Best place to get a beard shaped. Really friendly.

I went in to get a haircut, and had my hair cut messed up. I wouldnt recommend going here for a good haircut. Its the second time I have gone for a haircut and get my hair messed up, I thought I would give them another chance so I went again and this time they messed it up so bad my girlfriend was laughing when she saw me and said what happened to my hair. I went home I fixed it. Never going again. These happened on July 31st 2021.

I got my hair cut at the bountiful location because I was working there and they did a terrible job. I called the Lindon location because that’s where I live and they told me I could come get it fixed for free. When I got there the next morning they told me they couldn’t do it for free and that I’d have to pay full price or go back to the Bountiful location. I called the American Fork location and they said they will fix it for free and not charge me. They said they don’t know why Lindon said they can’t. Terrible customer service, and communication, and straight up dishonesty. I won’t be giving any business to the Lindon location in the future.

I told them for my son not to cut the back at all and leave it how it was and they buzzed it off!! I told them to cut off half a inch and they kept on cutting it and now it’s too short, my son was trying to get a perm and grow it out for that now he can’t because they cut most of it if. Me and my son went in and it took us 2 hours for us to even get a haircut. I highly recommend not coming here, they are slow and bad quality and they are kind and all but not good haircut quality and messed up my sons hair....

Went there for kids haircut.The young girl did great job .But while the young girl was cutting hair for my older boy.The other two staffs tried their best to avoid cutting hair for my younger boy who is three year old.When it finally his turn to get haircut.One lady even suddenly walk out of store and leave.She came back 15 mins Later to make sure it won’t be her turn to cut kid hair.So the young girl end up Cutting two boys hair in a row.Im appreciated her help and she did great Job too.

Elisha and her staff at the Lindon location are the Great stylist who deliver with every haircut. . Great Customer Service- Clean Store - Safe Social distancing practices in place. I live 25 min from the London super cuts and there are other locations near me, however I value the service I get from Elisha and her crew!

They got my in quick. I explained what I wanted, and it was cut exactly the way I liked it. They all were very polite.

Top notch hair cuts! My 11 year old son wanted to have a professional cut and he was very pleased with his new look.

If you’re looking for a bald spot on the side of your head, this is the place to go! I’m going to rock this bald spot at the conference I’m going to tomorrow. This is great. Don’t worry, it looks even worse in person.

I won’t ever go back here. I asked her to take an inch and half off and she took it way too short. She didn’t seam to know what she was doing. Rushed through my haircut and cut the front shorter than the back. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This is the only place I take my son to get his haircut. His crazy blonde hair can be a challenge to cut, but the girls here always do a great job. Sports on the TV while I wait is an added bonus. We love Sports Clips!

Two things. Sammy is a baller. MVP is where its at. Thanks for the great haircut, this was well deserving of a 5-star review for Sammy and for Sportsclips. I needed a haircut for my engagement photos I think sport clips is consistent and trustworthy, so I came here. Never had Sammy cut me hair but she was awesome and she made it her goal to get me looking good. I felt way too pampered with the MVP. But that was amazing. I recommend the MVP to anyone whos needs a little bit of relaxation/meditation on their lunch break. Thanks again Sammy, youre a boss.

As always they did a great job on my hair. The ladies there were super nice and very good at understanding what the capabilities and potential my hair had.

The wait time was minimal. The two stylists that cut my 2 grandsons hair did a fabulous job. All the other stylists were very friendly and helpful, too. They were very kind and sweet to my 2 grandsons and made them feel special. Their haircuts looked amazing and we were in and out in 40 minutes! It was an awesome experience. I highly recommend them. 👍👍

I usually go to a friend that has been cutting my hair for over 10 years. Decided to give them a try. Kira was friendly and suggested a style. It turned out great! I felt very comfortable being there. The whole staff was welcoming and friendly.

The ladies here were amazing. I stopped in with my three boys. We all needed haircuts. One is younger so can typically have a hard time getting his haircut, but the gal was so patient with him it was awesome. All of our haircuts turned out great. I will definitely be visiting this location again.

I was attended well and the service was great. I had a young local stylist born and raised in the area, and being that I am from out of town she also gave me tips on good local places to visit while in town. She paid attention to detail and made sure that I got the cut that I was wanting. I will definitely go back on my next need for a cut.

This place is Awesome. I have been going to the Lindon location for about a year now and have never had a bad experience. This last visit was more than exceptional. Courtney helped me and she was Amazing! I recently decided to grow out my Beard and have never managed a beard to this length. She listened to exactly what I wanted with the beard trim ( which was not very detailed) and haircut. With some helpful input from her she performed perfectly and the MVP is AWESOME. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend Courtney and this location to anyone.

I am not very picky with my stylists but I have always had very good success with the haircuts that I have received over the years from sports clips, despite having a different person cut my hair each time. This is due to me jumping around locations and not because of high turnover at the store.

I always have a good time at this Sports Clips location. Everyone is so nice and easy to talk to (or not if youre into that too) the face and head massage is a great way to end a nice looking haircut.

Very Disappointed, first time was decent so I decided to come here for a hair cut for my wedding. Big Mistake.I called ahead and tried to explain to the manager Alicia that this was a big day and so I wanted to take some time and get it done right. I asked which day would be best. She said Fridays were busier so I changed my work schedule and got special permission to leave early to get my haircut by the manager Alicia. I checked in online where it said the estimated wait time was 0 minutes, but because it took me 30 minutes to get there I was kicked off the wait list. I checked in again and after waiting another 25 minutes, the apology was apathetic at best. The haircut was not the quality that I was hoping for, especially for wedding pictures...If you want to spend more time waiting then it takes to cut your hair, then pay over a dollar a minute for a rush job...then this is your place.If you want professional service and attention to detail, then do what Im doing and go somewhere else.

Way way way to loud. I know sports are cool but it was difficult to listen the girl that was cutting my hair. I did notice two employees being way flirty with a customer. Keep an eye on your guy if he gets a haircut here :)

They always do a great job on my son and husbands hair. My 8 year old loves getting his hair cut here. There usually very little wait time and the girls are always friendly.

I get my hair cut here and really enjoy it every time recently I got my hair cut from Mandy, an experienced individual, in preparation for my wedding. It was phenomenal to say the least!!! She took her time listened to what I wanted and then started sniping some magic.

She was so kind and helpful. She gave me a spa experience with a haircut which I have never experienced. I am planning on returning with a bigger tip. I could not pay alot at that time as we were in the middle of settling a home sale and all of our money was tied up.

Everyone was upbeat and friendly, the wait time was short. I’ve never been to a Sport Clips before so it was all new, but everything about the place was excellent. Great people, very clean and in and out quickly, but didn’t ever feel rushed. Great place!!

While I was getting my haircut all of the employees were talking about their worst customers. The person cutting my hair smelt like weed, didnt give me a great haircut and burnt my head with the hairdryer.

My eight year old son wanted to transition away from Cookie Cutters, this was a good transition for him. Sports theme is fun and made the transition easy for him.

Constant let down with sloppy haircuts

I walked in and instantly started to get my haircut, there was no wait time which was great! After I started getting my hair cut I wanted to change my hair a little and she had no problem with it! Overall I had a great experience!!!

My son won a Crazy Hair Contest at an Owlz game and got a free haircut. He was so excited! The contest organizers said they would put his name on a list and it seemed a little chaotic so I didnt have high hopes, but I went in to the Lindon Sport Clips to see if he could get his haircut. The lady was SO RUDE! She insisted that this is never a promotion that Sport Clips does, it could only be Great Clips, she talked right over me when I tried to explain. Needless to say, my son didnt get his prize, and we will NEVER go to a Sport Clips for any service, ever.

Great job on haircut, fast and friendly, but they messed up on my beard, understand, things happen, I went back the next day, they attempted to fix it, K specifically told her just even the other girls miss but do not lose any length, rookie mistake, took most of neck hair so I lost most of length. Very happy with hair cut but will not let them touch my beard.

I brought my son in to fix a bad haircut he received from another place. Mattie did a great job. She went over everything with him and showed him the result. She made sure he was happy with his haircut. First visit to any Sports Clips.

Sport Clips is on the expensive side of strip mall haircuts, but I keep going back. Very relaxing and great atmosphere. The stylists at this location are very good at what they do.

Sports clips gives a very average haircut at an above average price. I was very surprised to find that my simple, 10 minute haircut cost 20 dollars. Craigs Cuts gives a better haircut for half the price, and its only 5 minutes down the road.

Mieka was wonderful. She took great care of me. The haircut felt so good and the pampering was wonderful.

I have been coming here for years. Pick a stylist you like and stick with them. Due to the high turnover you will occasionally get a new girl that misses spots, but I always make sure to remind them to double check for any strays and have always gotten my moneys worth.

I have been going to Sport Clips for a while now, and this is my favorite location in Utah county. The girls always give fantastic hair cuts, and are pleasant to talk to while they are doing it. Highly recommended.

Me and my son didnt have a great experience here, so I give one star, the stylist for my son had caught my sons neck and he questioned her on it but she said she thought it was already there, of which it wasnt and it was enflamed by the end of the evening.They have since offered me and my son a free hair cut but we have not accepted.

We drive all the way up frim Spanish Fork to go to this location. The staff is wonderful and we always get exactly the haircut we came in for.

They skipped me in line even though I had checked in 10 minutes before the next guy in line. They had power problems and were joking about avoiding cutting girls hair. Seems pretty unprofessional.

I got a hair cut from the lindon location today and the girl that cut my hair MESSED it up! It looks like she forgot to do one whole side of my head! and now they are closed so not much I can do about it now. Im pissed. Would definitely NOT recommend.
