We terminated 1.5 months later.Director Level Management admitted the company brought on more clients than their team could handle.We were given an Incompetent Account Manager and team who failed on all aspects of delivery.After 1.5 months and 6 revisions, we still did not have finalized infographics & written content. Grade school level work was presented with humiliating spelling errors that you would expect from a 5th grader.I would truthfully advise every company to stay away from this agency and look elsewhere. Buybox Experts are trying to attract as many clients as possible to boost their internal portfolio and eventally sell the company.A big waste of time, effort and money.

Amazon PPC average conversion rate is 10%. For every 10 clicks your ad gets only one customer will buy. Clicks cost $1-4 per click. On an item that has $10 profit at $2 per click you are spending $20 to make a $10 profit. The majority of customer will buy from the listing with the most reviews. 2020 is too late to get in. You will never catch up to competitors with several hundred reviews. Everyone is optimizing their listing with professional pictures and wording so this will do little good to get the edge on your competitors.

They were very nice and seemed genuinely interested in helping my business. They created some great things to try and keep my sales going. However, the first 3 months of this year (6 months being with them) sales dropped over 40%. After talking with them these are the answers I got both from my rep and his team lead: Although sales have dropped, we are confident in our product and While sales have dropped, we think that Nozani prevented it being worse. There was no proof that the second statement was even true. But after my worse sales performance EVER on Amazon, that was the team leads big sales pitch to keep me with them. Had they come to me and said things are doing real bad we are going to change up what we are doing, maybe I would have stayed. But they are so rigid in what they do and confident in what they do that they cant change. They have a few things they do to increase sales and if that does not work, it does not matter. They are still confident in their product. After spending thousands of dollars for their service and then losing about 10 times more in sales, I did not find their service to work at all for me.UPDATE 1/20/20 - A quick update after leaving. Once I stopped doing what they were doing and went back to what I had before, my sales slowly started to go back to what there were before using this service.

The photography did not reflect my packaging well. Saturation was way to high and the packaging looked pale. They concentrated on a Female model, which I asked them not to do. Very little creativity or effort put into the project. I also purchased a video service from them and that was pretty mediocre too. Made spelling errors in the text... Would not recommend.

Save your money and find a different company to work with. Nozani makes big promises for AMZ PPC but with little follow through or actual work or genuine effort. I was listening to a Ecommerce podcast last night that said watch out for agencies that promise results like well double your sales. I wish I had heard that 3 months ago before I got on the Nozani Merry-go-round. We agreed on spending 3k a month in ads to drive sales, and they never spent more than $600 with and a total ACOS of 90%, and no sign of them figuring anything out. My first rep had been with the company for 6 months, and as far as I could tell was clueless about PPC. I also had them write some content for product listings, and someone forgot to tell them that Amazon changes their algorithm relatively frequently, and they were using old rules (like 2 revision old at least). So why do they make these claims when they really dont understand what they are doing (or so it seemed)? Im not sure, but I am going to do more research and ask more questions before choosing another agency. Why cant these marketing companies just give you realistic expectations knowing that your gonna figure it out eventually and get sick of spending money for nothing. The only upside is that they were so bad I decided to take the time to learn how to do the basics on my own rather than have a jr rep try to convince me that they are pulling their weight, even though theres nothing to show. Buyer beware~
