Terrible location.. No one is ever there no itoring the location.. I lost almost 15 dollars today on messed up machines. One was not filling up with water the second was leaking water out the bottom and the dryer heat was so low that had pay 3 dollars on EACH dryer to dry 2 super small loads.. If u dont like your money then go here and if u like wasting your time and not being helped call their customer service number on the wall.. Its a joke.. Never returning again.

Mediocre but what does someone expect from a laundromat? They clearly have WiFi but dont provide a guest-access facility, which is pretty nonsensical in the 21st century.

Just wonderful. I really Enjoyed God there. You should too, He is closer than you can imagine. Seriously HE wants to dwell with in us.

Its a small laundromat but I like it .Does need a cleaning person to clean it up more often

I come in this laundromat once a week and I seem to always have a problem with the dryers not drying my clothes completely. Today I came in and used a big washer and used two caps of laundry detergent like I usually do, and the thing just shut down. I removed all of my clothes and had to rewash them in another washer and called the number to complain. A guy came in to fix it, and I asked if I would be refunded for the extra $8 I had to spend to rewash, and he tells me no, its not his fault that I put too much detergent in the washer. I can tell you right now that I will never be back and will drive the extra miles to go to a better, more professional laundromat.

It is not what it used to be. They have removed dryers and the bathroom can be cleaned at least once a day. I only use the bathroom to rinse my hands after pouring bleach. It is a shame. This laundromat really was terrific up until a few months ago...The dryers still function good- if you can get one.

Dont bother with this place. Its dirty and smells like mold. Not to mention. When you call to report problems with your card. They deduct a dollar. What a rip off. These people are. Plus, the people in this shopping center are questionable. GO ELSEWHERE!

This is a good place to do laundry early in the morning. Doors open automatically at 7 am. Only bad thing is they dont always empty the trash cans enough or mop the floor frequently. If a machine happens to not work and takes your money off card. Just call the number on the wall and it is instantly put back on!

No waiting. Dryers work perfect. In and out.

I have been going here for about 2 -3 years now. Every Saturday night! Little by Little this place is going down hill! It is FILTHY DIRTY ANYMORE! My husband swept the floor before we even did our laundry! Thats how dirty it was!! The guy and girl came in that are supposed to maintain and clean the place... The lady took a dirty looking dry rag and wiped everything down. Never used cleaner, never rinsed it out, or shock the rag out for that matter! The guy swept the floor, which my husband had already did, and they left! Never cleaned the bathroom, emptied the lint things on the dryer, or even mopped the floor! The bathroom is absolutely disgusting! There is never toliet or soap in there! Half the time you cant even use a laundry cart because the kids are playing with them or in them! Using them as bumper cars. As the parents sit there and say Nothing! People het food from the Chinese Restaurant, Tonys Pizza, or WaWa, sit at the table eat. They then leave there trash for someone else to clean up! So last Saturday I called the toll free number they have on the wall. A gentleman answered the phone. I explained to him I have been going there for years and how recently all the problems that have been going on. I told him it was not just me noticing it and becoming more and more frustrated! They is a group of people that I see every Saturday there and they feel the same way! He told me it is a public establishment that was open to the public! They was nothing he could do about it! Well we his customers did something about it... We know go to Pine Hill Laundromat! Clean place! Nice people! They have something that Lucas should have.... An attendant! Something Lucas should look into getting!!

Machines reasonable price, friendly people

Pretty dirty looking and shady/homeless people are sometimes sleeping/passed out in there. Pretty uncomfortable. Nothing like the other Lucas locations.

Always clean. Owner is always available and care about your concerns. Great place to wash.
