This was my first time getting my own insurance and the packet he mailed me explained what I was covered for and he spent the time to make sure I understood the terminology. The attention to detail from himself and his team are miles ahead of every other agency. The cherry on top was getting more coverage for a lower price than who I had before. Mr Navarrete caught my attention on Facebook promoting his company. He seemed very eager to help people save money on their insurance needs. I was a little skeptical to change the ins., company I had been with for 22 years, however, after speaking to James, I gave him a chance and he gave me a quote.
