Carlos and his crew came early and cleaned up the back yard and all the bushes! They were amazing! They made it look beautiful!

Just had 4 trees remove today. 1 huge maple tree with 2 fences on both sides. They did an awesome job. Cleaned up everything. Fast, courteous, and polite work staff. Would definitely recommend them.

Carlos came to my home. Gave me a fair price. I did shop around and decided to use Big Brothers. They came on time and took care of my tree in 30 min. They left every clean and were professional from beginning to end. Unfortunately the last storm took out my remaining tree and I no longer have any left but should I move or a friend needs tree service I would recommend them.

I was very happy with the work I had done... I called Big Brothers tree Service, they came by and gave me an estimate, and a date, when it could be done. I made a few more calls, to see if I could get a better estimate... for the work I wanted done, and by a certain time, and evidently, there was no one who could beat the quote, or the timing... So I called them back, they came through, on the day we agreed upon, early than the schedule time, ready to work, they went to work and finished the job!!! Way quicker than I expected... definitely was very happy and amazed... 22 huge trees taken down, and taken away, stumps grind down... excellent clean up job!!! I was very impressed, definitely thank God for them and would recommend them, and definitely use them again... definitely two thumbs up, would give you more... but I only have 2... lol... thanks again guys... greatly appreciate the work...

Big Brothers Tree Service did a fantastic job cutting down two huge trees on a steep hill in the front of my house. They also trimmed countless large branches to the side and back of my house and carted everything away. All of the workers were polite and it was a pleasure dealing with them. One of my neighbors has already hired them, and I just gave their name to another friend. Very reasonable rate, and excellent work ethic!!

Told them not to cut branch with active Oriole nests. Federal Law prohibits destroying active nests of migratory birds. They cut it down anyway.

We just had Big Brothers Tree Service remove 3 large trees, top and clean up many of others in Port Jefferson. We spoke with Frank and his Son. Their quote was very reasonable. The team arrived on time and were all very respectable. I was a bit concerned because it was alot, They did it all and more. They were quick and clean. We are very Happy.

To reply to everyone that is probably family or friends linked to this company. Yes it was my mistake trusting them. But never again. They said not to worry that they would come back. Please go check the district court schedule, they are in the process of being sued right now.Horrible service!!! Avoid them at all cost!!! They dont finish the job that they promised and when you call them they avoid you, just so they wont do the work. I paid them in full and they came once and left a mess and didnt take out a trunk. They said they would come that same week to finish cleaning and taking the trunk out but it has been almost a month and they havent been around. I text them and call them and now he wants to say that he doesnt have the machine to take out the truck.Avoid them!! Save yourself the money, time and hassle.

If there was a Zero I would rate them a zero. Sloppy service, my neighbors are still complaining about the mess that they have left on there driveway and front yard. Worst mistake was hiring a company that did the work and didnt clean up.
