Went in to get a new phone and they added features to my account with out my knowledge! Thank god for T-Mobile calling me and asking why I have something on my account that made no sense! I came back when having an issue with my phone today and the representative told me he couldn’t do anything for me and wouldn’t even look at my account to see what was going on and gave me an attitude. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any T-Mobile store! Take the extra 2 minutes and drive down to the T-Mobile on Montauk highway who are very helpful and polite!

He was very polite and very knowledgeable, also made me feel at ease and well taken care of. 1st time at this location but after the service i received i wont be going elsewhere. Roy Was a stand up guy, He explained everything and made the transition to my new phone easy and painless, As long as he stays here they got a customer for life.
