I brought in some ankle-high rubber rain boots that I love that cracked between the sole and the top of the shoe. The gentlemen explained unfortunately there was nothing he could do for my boots with the way the rubber had separated but suggested a possible alternative somewhere else. I appreciated that he was up front and honest with me! The shoes weren’t too expensive so I figured they’re kind of a lost cause at this point, but the gentlemen was very kind and professional. I would definitely go here in the future if I ever had issues with my other shoes!

I had a sheepskin coat that was old, neglected and needed repair. Alex was the only person willing and able to do the job. It looks fabulous! It turned out better than expected. I will get all my shoe and leather coat repairs from Aristocrat Shoe Repair!!

Ten years ago i found the best leather driving shoes that became my house shoes. You know that pair you wear at home all the time and feel like part of your feet? Well the insoles came out and they need some TLC. I picked them up and LOVE THEM.

He fixed a pair of my heals for $20. I was so excited! Only for them to BREAK off completely on the second wear. He blamed me for being too hard on my shoes and would not refund or repair again. I guess simply walking is being hard on the pathetic quality work he does.
