Had an urgent issue with my computer and work files I needed fixed asap. Brought my computer in when they opened 10am on Wednesday letting them know I had to work Thursday and joping they could get it done asap. They worked on it all day and was able to pick it up Thursday at 10am with all my issues fixed and my computer tuned up. Thank you so much!!!

My computer is only a year old and had slowed down tremendously. It took a very long time to open programs or even do simple tasks. I was so frustrated and decided to find a local computer shop to hopefully fix it. I dropped it off in the morning and it was DONE before the end of the day. My old reliable Toshiba laptop stopped working after I simultaneously updated several programs. Thinking that I blew up the software, I brought it to Shore Thing. You can add it to your website. Five Stars - Paul M. I brought in my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop because the hinge had completely fallen apart and the wireless connectivity was very weak. The broken hinge resulted in an antenna wire being disconnected. I tried to rig something to hold the screen to the hinge, but probably made it worse. Rich took one look at the laptop and knew what the problem was - many of these laptops have a poor hinge design. He explained how he could repair it and gave me an excellent and fair estimate. In two days it was all repaired including the Wi-Fi function and the hinge is better and stronger than it was originally. Brought in my Toshiba laptop with keyboard problems and a blank hard drive for repair,Rich repaired it quickly, the laptop is now working perfectly,Rich also upgraded the OS from windows 8.1 to 10.Pricing was very reasonable.The part I liked the most was the fact Rich gave me the option to do the loading of the OS myself if I wanted to save money.I recommend this company because of its honesty and quick turnaround time.
