There is not usually a wait. If you do wait it will be about 5 minutes. It is smaller and very clean. The people are nice and courteous. They are also upgrading to new technology and you can check in from your phone or machine scan in the office. They also offer coffee for waiting patients.

Worst experience ever.... My daughter needs a physical along with blood work taken every year for school. The tall brown girl with short hair is an inexperienced fake-phlebotomist. She couldnt find a vein!!!!!! She the moved the needle in different directions after it was already in my 7 year old daughters arm. She tried both arms!!!! My daughter was screaming and I had to tell her to stop and this isnt right. She then told me this is procedure and my daughters vein were tiny. She then handed me my paperwork and told me I could go else where.I drove to the N. Babylon location with a screaming and traumatized child. I told the front desk what happened and they immediately took us to the back to check out her vein; The two ladys; one Hispanic and the other Caucasian calmed my daughter down and was able to extract 4 vials of blood in 60 seconds with ease and no pain to my daughter.The inexperienced fake-phlebotomist needs extensive training ASAP before she causes permanent damage to someone.

It would be ZERO stars if I had the option... Absolutely useless personnel, despite the sign above the check-in kiosk stating otherwise, the counter personnel will not check you in and will not help you. I had been going here for years for my routine blood work - never again. Get your act together, LabCorp, and return to offering BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible experience I walked in with huge smile on my face and was greeted by a nasty lady that proceeded to grunt at me than told me she was on break and couldn’t help me for another hour even though they are only close for 30 minutes for a break. If you don’t have to I would not come here at allllllll.

I go to this location at least once a year. The services have always been fast and staff friendly.Most important to me...withdrawal of blood work has been painless and without bruising afterwards, A Big Plus.

I recently had blood work done at the West Babylon location. I was fortunate enough to have a very nice young lady named Jury draw my blood. She has a fabulous personality and is very qualified. I did not feel the needle at all and my blood was drawn fast and I was out the door in no time at all. I definitely recommend having her draw your blood if you have a need to go there.B>P

My husband went there and they had hos gender as a female wrong address wrong name when asked to correct situation they basically said you tske care of it. Never again never going there and I am contscting their corporate office to see what is the proper procedure. Being that this can potentially create a medical catastrophe

I just had a ton of blood drawn by Amanda - and it was one of the bet experiences Ive ever had - she treated me with such warmth and kindness - exemplifying the mission, vision and values of LabCorp as posted on their waiting room wall. Im so grateful for Amanda - who turned something I didnt look forward to into one of the highlites of my day :) thank you Amanda!!

Absolutely horrendous! Waited an hour to simply have the receptionist call my name to take my insurance information then another hour went by without my name being called. In case you were wondering, there were only four patients at the time. everyone was upset about the time problem. on top of that, extremely rude people at the reception and nurse. I left without the blood being drawn. I just hope they dont charge me.

Absolutely horrendous! Waited an hour to simply have a urinalysis. The woman was rude and belligerent. The man who went in before me came out very upset. He was Hispanic and spoke very little English but he managed to convey that this woman yelled at him. She should be fired! I dont care that she was the only one there, try and be a professional!

I read the reviews and I really didn’t want to go here. To my surprise everyone was nice and I was in and out of there.

I arrived 15 min prior to 3PM. Was not notified by rep to do anything. Eventually figured out that I needed to sign in using the device. After finishing to sign in and later waiting for nearly 20+ minutes, the Rep told me that I had to return another day because the system closes by 3pm and it’s not her fault that she was the “only one” there— it seemed she didn’t want to be there at all based on body language and facial expressions. By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not only was I treated with complete & utter disrespect, it’s as if I wasn’t even a patient; more like a dog being told to sit and relax while awaiting for treatment. Never will I return to this location and will avoid Lab Corp at all costs in the futureFYI: I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS, HOWEVER AFTER THIS ENCOUNTER I FELT COMPELLED TO LEAVE ONE

This place is absolutely horrible. The nurses are very rude. I came here twice in 1 week and they are always at lunch and act like they are so busy to even answer a question. Then I came back the following week at 12:30(when theyre lunch is supposed to over) and one of the nurses closed the door right in my face while I was talking and said that they was still on lunch. Like come on ladies you have to treat people better than how they treat people. All of these bad reviews and nothing has been done. This place is horrible! If you can find another location please go and save yourself from coming to the lindenhurst location.

I have been to this facility once before.it took an hour to get a simple uranalys done.i am going again today.if I have the same experience. I will be forced to make a formal complaint to Lab Corp.corporate headquarters, the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.

Both staff members were horrible never coming back Will make a complaint too.

This place is understaffed. There is only one tech that takes care of the paperwork and also does the labs. The wait time is ridiculous, 50 minutes to get an urine test... come on!! It´s no surprise why people were complaining.

Horrible! Took my two girls to get blood work done and the lady at the front desk were so disrespectful! I was literally two mins late and she told me youre late we cant see you or you have to wait until everyone is done so I stayed until it was my turn and she ends up telling me I have to reschedule because now they are closing!

Horrible experience I came for a 3 hour blood test and am 37weeks pregnant, the lady is rude and mind you the only one in the office doing blood work, very unprofessional and I sat for an hour before even asking how long until they call me or start something. I was uncomfortable & fasting from the night before so starving! She rudely told me there are people ahead of me I should have made an appointment when I was there when the doors opened. Never again!

I have been here quite a few times, sitting here right now already called up n heading in for blood work not even 10 minutes,, the woman at the desk is wonderful,, I get her everytime I come, so there must be someone else who is not friendly bc she is, I usually come Tuesday mornings.

I had to leave a urine sample and The water in the sink was not working. I had to walk all over to find a sink to wash my hands and the girls seemed annoyed.

Be sure to have a bit of time put aside for this location. It is usually very busy and seems to only have one staff member.

The nurse/secretary was incredibly rude. I mad an appointment for an employee drug screening. And she allowed everyone without an appointment to go before me. Awful.
