Steve was very professional, loyal and definitely a guru. He was able to fix all the mess caused by my ex mechanic and the Audi dealership. The service was excellent, I would literally drop my car today and get a phone call or email the same day with the diagnosis and cost to repair. Top notch service! I had a major oil leak from the engine in my ML 430. I had my truck looked at two different shops and both of them couldnt figure it out whats the problem was. I found M-Spec online and I quickly got an appointment scheduled over the phone. Steve called me back just a couple of hours after I dropped my truck over there with detailed info about the issue. The repair was done quickly and perfectly, I was walked trough all the details of the repair and what parts were replaced. The shop is very clean, and the service is great. Definitely staying with them for all future repairs and the maintenance of my truck.

Fantastic (period). Steve Z. at the Lindenhurst location was a top-notch professional in all respects. People talk about finding a competent and trustworthy mechanic, but this is another level. They were more competitively priced (saved me a fortune, actually) and faster than competitors, with the professionalism you typically only experience at a dealership. 10/10, they are now my go-to and I absolutely recommend them.

Big clean shop. Great staff and very good pricing on jobs. 3 yr 36k warranty on all work. What else can you ask for? Much better choice than over priced dealer. Service our Range Rover, BMW 530i and Ford Mustang here. They can do it all.

We went to a few car service and they were either too high or did not show any knowledge as to what they needed to do with my Audi A3. Took to M-Spec Performance in Lindenhurst and Steve, who provided several options depending on their findings and assured me it will be resolved. The Technician looked at the car and offered the best solution which turned out to be a whole lot less than what the Audi Dealership was going to charge for the same problem. Steve was a true professional and had the right answers in resolving my problem. M-Spec Performance is a great place to go to receive great service at a wonderful price. Recommend them highly.

I was stressed and overwhelmed trying to figure out what was wrong with my Mercedes. My car was fixed quickly and they kept me informed the entire time. Great shop. Steve, the service manager went beyond for me. Been looking for somewhere other than the dealership to bring my M-B ML. Found M-Spec in Lindenhurst. Super easy making an appointment with Steve. Shop was easy to find, big, and clean. The customer lounge is well-lit and clean. The day I brought my car in, the technician wasnt available. Instead of having me come back another day, Steve, in addition to checking me in, did all the work on my ML. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and my options. Way more thorough than any dealership Ive brought my car to. The followup has been great as well. Again, great shop and great service!

Hey guys sorry for the late review! Anyway had a great time at their shop the other day. The fellas Steve and Nick took great care of me. I initially called them the Friday before asking a bunch of questions, and immediately Steve told me to bring the car in, and that they’d lift it for me and do a DVI (digital vehicle inspection) for free. Most places just charge you to put the car in the car so that was nice. Anyway the problem I thought I had they’d assured me they’d be able to handle regardless of how bad it was. It ended up being better than I thought, but when going over my recently purchased car, Nick the younger mechanic was awesome. The guys been working on cars since he was a kid and you could tell. He literally makes you look at every nook and cranny he looks and and actually shows the the exact angle he looks from when inspecting your car. Felt nice gaining such knowledge on cars when mines so mediocre to begin with. Anyway, they were a great newer shop, and give quality BMW labor as well as other European cars. Steve was professional and doesn’t just make you feel like an uninformed customer. Happy to find a shop if I ever need to diagnose a problem! Good looks fellas thanks for dealing with my talkative self 😂

M spec did an excellent job on diagnosing and repairing my vw when my mechanic of 10 years plus messed it up trying to work on a car he wasnt competent enough working on... Steve and the team provided excellent service and welcomed me to the m spec family, they are my auto mechanics now and I would highly reccomend, I must say Ive never been to a shop like this.
