Do not waste your time. Very disappointed, made appointment for inspection on truck, they never touched it and when called to find out if ready, I was yelled at by the office manager. Very rude unprofessional woman. Go anywhere but there!!

I decided to take my car to this shop cause I get references from my cousins. So is the third time that I’m dropping the car there and just when I go to pick nobody is saying anything about this Tuesday ( 1/11/21) I borrow my car to my wife and she calling me saying that my car was kicking ..?? And she almost get crash at Montauk Hwy /???Again how this still happening ?

My husbands van went in for transmission repair. the repair was done, however, they kept it longer than expected. the tank was full when it went in and it was almost empty when we picked it up. while in there the latch to the hood broke. instead of fixing it the mechanic kept slamming it until it closed leaving several small dents on the hood and a broken latch. lastly, our GPS was stored under the seat and its gone. its an older van so hubby is not making a big deal over the dents and the other stuff, well, he is assuming it will all be denied so it wasnt worth his trouble going back to complain so here I am, forced to write this review.

They stand by there work. I have a 67 mustang and I wont let just let anyone work on her. Rob the lead Mechanic is great to deal with and always goes above to make sure the job is done right at a fair price

Extremely unhappy about the work done to my truck. Brought in my jeep for a transmission rebuild and when i picked it up and brought it home it started to make a very loud clicking noise while driving. Brought the truck right back to them and they quickly tried to fix it. Brought the truck out again and said its all good to go and once i put it in drive the noise was still there. The transmission had to be pulled out again and a new part had to be ordered that they where aware about. Rob the owner couldnt even offer me a rental car for the shops mistake. This place has zero customer service skills!!!

Gave one star because there isnt a zero star option. Mis diagnosed my car and told me 3500 to fix...brought to dealer and fixed for 500..told me3500when i acted shocked about price it magically went to 1800 but might be more . said i would have no car for 4 or 5 days, getting car back in just one from dealer.

2 bad experiences !!!!!!!Beware of this shop they try to sell you work that you dont need and they do shady work !!!!!!I brought my expedition in for a noise in the front end and the owner Ray told me I needed a new front end differential and it would cost $900 to fix it so I told him not to do the work because I wasnt confident in his assessment and I already had a bad taste from my first experience with him where he supposedly fixed a broken shock tower on one of my work vans and charged me $500 only to find out when I brought it to another shop he tried to weld a plate to the rear crossmember without sanding it down first in other words they welded to rusty metal and it never held the other shop owner said it was amateur night at best !!!!!So now back to the expedition I then took it to another shop my friend recommended and they did a full inspection of the truck and found it the be a small part called an actuator $300 later it is fixed and driving perfectly !!!!!My fault for going back their but I wanted to give him another chance wont make that mistake again !!!!!Buyer beware get a second opinion if you go to this shop !!!!!!!

Rip off. Stay far away. Liars and con men. I only dealt with the owner Ray. Three problems three different time. Had to go back every time. They put junkyard solenoids in my car and claimed new ones were unavailable. Went on Rock Auto and every solenoid is available brand new.Had transmission rebuilt and was left with a leaking transmission among other issues. I never questioned cost and paid in full before leaving Never offered a loaner car even when they knew it was done wrong.. Never cleared codes. This is how a paying customer is treated? . Money thrown away. My mechanic lost me as a customer by referring this place.Please read the lame reply from the owner? Bags of lies. The only thing I brought to this business was a broke car and payment. The owner Ray ordered junkyard parts. He showed me the used parts he got from down south. I found the parts brand new at Rock Auto(Great place) and they were in stock. Refunded me money???? Delusional. I paid in full. Receipt to prove it. I dare you to say to my face I was given a refund. Stay away the lies are getting bigger. Over a year to respond? He saw me at Steves and never even tried to say hello. Ray the storyteller. Look up my phone number, call me and give me my refund that I never got. LIARS & THIEVES. Should have been done right the first time!

Stay Away! poor workmanship, careless and cut corners. Owners are not interested in making good on their mistakes or concerned about customer satisfaction. Thankfully I only used them for a small job and lost a small amount of money. Theres no chance that I would trust them to do any large job. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

I brought my car to Ray East Coast Transmission to be fixed and it had a problem it was back two or three times for the same problem, I finally said whats going on here. I brought it to a professional to be worked on. Ray was very Rude and Disrespectful to me I had the car fixed for me and it went on the blink. He had answered me with a tone of voice that startled me i was surprised he would talk to me like that. I told him its not my fault the cars not working rite. I brought the car to you to be fixed. It was fixed after the fourth time back. Now if i have a problem whats going to happen?I know there are 2 transmission shops in my reviews i just joined google and a few are from year ago
