Josh was the best! Ignore the review about him not not answering the phone because he answered every single one of my annoying calls (it was my first time dealing with a windshield replacement, so I was super nervous) and he made me feel at ease. I had a huge crack in mine and Josh replaced it quickly (in and out in under an hour) and efficiently. Not to mention, the price he offered was the best price Ive ever seen (it might depend on the make and model of your car but mine was $200 for a Toyota Prius V).

Very bad customer service, they confirmed to come and fix my windshield on the phone, I called my insurance and do the paperwork. They are not answering the phone nor returning on my voicemails. Funny thing is, I called from a different number and they answered. It is very simple thing to say I wont be able to serve you, it doesnt cost anything!!
