Deborah Solbrig made a visit to our home when she took over the Farmers Insurance. She is very friendly and personable. Her office is well-organized and she keeps us informed of any changes in our auto and home insurance policies. She has computerized the office, so it functions very efficiently! I clearly expressed the coverage I wanted on my vehicles. They tell you “what you want to hear”. Then you find out you have no coverage. I was paying a premium for nothing. Do not believe these people. The icing on the cake is, they’ll tell you they documented your decision but when I firmly explained what I needed they lied to me. Take your money and tell you what you want to hear.
