I decided to call LVV because they had good reviews. Im so glad I did, they got right back to me and showed up at my door in no time. As soon as I mentioned the problem, I could see he was working it out in his head and already told me what he thinks is wrong. Went straight to the fan unit found a bad capacitor, replaced, told me the price which was fair, and the AC started working immediately. Told me he can stop by within 20-30 minutes. Came to my house and worked with my wife while I was at work. I have nothing but great things to say about LVV and Joe. First time I called the Joe he spoke with me for 10-15 minutes to try and figure out the issue with our central air unit and then came by later the same day to try and repair it. When he arrived he explained to me everything he was doing to diagnose the issue and it turned out to be a leak in the system. He explained that he could try recharging it with a seal but that there was a chance there was larger leak in the system inside our attic and if there was one due to the age of our unit it may be worth just replacing it. He then recharged our unit which worked for a few days but then the system stopped working as Joe warned us it could. He then came by again the next morning and showed me the large leak in our unit inside our attic. He then explained all of our options and then recharged our unit again to give my wife and I some time to decide if we wanted to try and repair the unit or just replace the unit. When we decided to replace the unit Joe got it done within a couple of weeks and he kept our leaking unit fully charged so we could still use it until he replaced it. Joe was a straight shooter throughout the entire process and very reasonably priced. I will certainly use LVV for any future HVAC needs and I highly recommend using them if your are looking for a professional, timely, and honest HVAC company.

Joe arrived on time, on the Friday of July 4th weekend. He took his time to explain what needed to be done to get our air conditioner unit working and showed us the parts that needed to be replaced. He takes pride in the quality of his work and most importantly he is honest. Joe does good work for a good price - the way it should be!

Joe was great! He picked up right when I called the first time and was able to come by within a couple hours and have everything fixed within a couple days. His pricing was even more competitive than some of the big name heating and cooling companies. I would definitely recommend giving Joe a call for any HVAC needs you might have.

I worked with Joe to install a central A/C system for my house. He walked me through the process and made suggestions based on my situation. We also chose to replace the furnace as well. My Central Air wasn’t working on the 2nd floor of my house so I called Universe Home Services. The HVAC employee who came to my house was nice and tried to be helpful. He told me all he needed to fix a wire to het the compressor to start working again. However, the Central Air stopped working again 1.5 weeks later. I called them back but they wouldn’t be able to come until 6 days later. I was able to get an appointment with competitor, LVV HVAC, the next day and they were so much better. They ended up sautering, charging, vacuuming, and defrigerating the compressor. This helped the cold air become hot like it’s supposed to be. I highly recommend LVV HVAC and I will be using them from now on because they have a lot greater expertise. I work with Joe and his assistant, Blake, at LVV HVAC. Joe even gave me his cell phone that I could call or text him any time if there were other issues.

What can be said about this company that everyone can clearly see. I happily add another 5 star to the endless 5 star reviews for LVV. I cant thank you enough for your HONEST work. I have a unique heating system which isnt typical in the North East, apparently (HTP gas). Another HVAC service looked at it and couldnt diagnose, so I had to look elsewhere. Joe and his team were able to figure out the issue and was able to walk me through what went wrong, why, and how to correct it. Same day service, fair cost, and friendly!

Joe is the HVAC guy you are looking for! I had a mini split in my home for only 10 months when it started leaking, making a flood in my basement and ruining my wood floor. Came home from vacation and my husband noticed rattling coming from the ac unit. He checked and the pan was filled with water to the point of overflowing. I googled AC repair and decided to go with Joe based on reviews and the fact that the company profile said it was still open at 10 pm. I called, Joe answered right away and said he would be there in the morning. While here, he explained what was wrong with my unit. He cleaned out the pipes that were clogged and suggested we get a shut off switch so the pan does not overflow if it happened again. When he was done, he showed my husband and me the before and after pictures and explained the work he did. He did an wonderful job and has amazing customer service.
