I must say how satisfied I am with the 5 sessions that I purchased for my post-op care. I was 4 weeks post op when I first met Priscilla. She is amazing and her hands are made of steel lol. Not only is she professional, but she is also courteous and personable. She has helped the swelling and the fibrosis (built up scar tissue) areas from my surgery. I want to continue my secessions to improve my hourglass figure that Im working on and I also love the fact that she helps me feel better about myself. I highly recommend this establishment for self improvement.

I got my eyebrows microbladed 2 days ago I must say Hourglass Diva was super clean. The office was beautiful and staff is super nice and professional. Joanne the owner is amazing and knows what she’s doing. I can’t wait for my 5 week touch up for my eyebrows. I’m also going to start doing facials with them which I’m super excited about!! Called half a dozen times over the course of a few days and the phone never was picked up. Left a message that was never returned. Not worth the hassle. They lost an opportunity to gain a new and repeating client as I was interested in lashes that require routine refills.

I look forward to all of my appointments at Hour Glass Diva. I love how clean the facility is and the staff is always friendly. I’ve had post op massages with Mabel and lashes with Priscilla. Both women are absolutely amazing. They both are very informative about care and it’s very obvious that they love what they do, which makes the experience amazing every time. I had a custom facial with Cynthia and my skin has never looked better, I walked out glowing! The whole experience was great right from the door! Joanne the owner is so professional & truly cares about making sure the clients have the best experience while there! I also had a foot detox (which I highly recommend!) & loved how all the girls who work there would ask how I was & if I needed anything whenever they walked by! It truly shows that Joanne has a great team of girls! I can’t wait to go for my facial again next month!

I have been going to these ladies for almost 2 years!!! LOVE MY GIRLS! I have done from waxing, to permanent eyeliner, lip hombre, to pure ice sculpting. They are always in touch after my visits, never have had a issue. Professional, personal and the follow up is great. I would recommend them to everyone.

I went over to this place for a package of body sculpting. Priscilla explained everything from A to Z about this package and made sure I understood what services were being provided. Once I started my massages Mabel was the lady who did them, I can’t express how wonderful she was (all of them) she was friendly, caring it made the whole experience worth it. And needless to say, the package worked.I would go back to them again and would def recommend them to friends.

The doctor who preform my surgery really didn’t educate me on what to expect when I went home, but the ladies at hourglass gave me a lot of advice on what to expect while I was healing. I’m happy I chose them for my post Op care !! I also purchased a Post op garment from them at its great !

I absolutely love this place. Every one is extremely pleasant. Its really beautiful and the staff makes you feel so comfortable! Most of my experience have been with Mona and let me tell you, she is the bomb. Definitely great at what she do ! Pricella, Joanna, and the rest of the staff are amazing as well!

Drove two hours to be told two patients fresh out of surgery did not have an appointment which was scheduled through text (the business preferred method of contact) and that we should return another day. This business has a new partnership with a well respected surgeon and are prepaid for any patients sent to them (theres no other option) and likely turned us away for more money.We were given an appointment 2 hours later after we mentioned we would be contacting the surgeon and I cant even explain the mess that followed.The business is in the cramped basement of Illusions hair spa and had no air conditioning or seating space. Receptionist asked who she spoke to over the phone and began berating one of the patients who were both in pain and not ready for another argument. Owner was storming around asking for papers from the surgeon we were never told to bring.The receptionist then proceeded to have conversations with the owner and message therapists about how she was sorry they had to stay late and how we were WALK INS when we were given appointments THROUGH HER. This went on the entire time I waited for their massages to be over. These people just wanted to fight and two patients fresh out of surgery should not have had to deal with it. Were contacting the surgeon and skipping on the second massage that is part of their package.Well pay out of pocket at another establishment. Avoid at all costs.

Let me start off by saying I’m soooo glad I ended up at hourglass diva! I had post op massages done recently at a different place, the place was dirty, therapist on her phone, short sloppy work .. I should of just came to hourglass from the start! But I’m here now, I just had my eyebrows done and started my body contouring sessions !! Hourglass is a beautiful and CLEAN spa ! I’m very happy with the atmosphere also !The people know what their doing there, and are really nice 👍 🙂 they offer so many different services, and really seem to love what they do and it shows !!I can’t wait to see my results!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

This place is totally unprofessional their communication skills are horrible. The owner of the place has the worse attitude and doesn’t know how to do business. All she cars about is how to get your deposit money by finding all the possible excuses in the world and tell you “ oh it’s the office policies” and even if you follow those Ridiculous policies and ask for your deposit back or to be used towards different services they tell you oh you have forfeited it.. they just don’t care If they lose a client they are money hungry. Please find somewhere else more trustworthy

As ive gotten older, my brows have thinned out, so i decided to get my brows done. i have a friend who recommended me to hourglass. joann did an amazing job giving me powder brows, shes very skilled at what she does. it took me a while to get in for a consult, but it was worth the wait.

The staff are very professional and the facility is clean and lovely. I went here after my surgery and because of the post surgery care they provided I am sooooo in love with my results. I wouldnt go anywhere else

Joanne put me at ease within the first few moments of meeting her. I came in for a consultation on my eyebrows. I had previously had microblading done and was dissatisfied with the results. Joanne asked me a series of questions and eventually determined that I wasn’t a candidate for microblading. Instead she recommended a different option. Needless to say I’m totally thrilled with my eyebrows...I don’t worry about having to pencil them in or worry about if they’ve smudged if I accidentally rub them. But that’s not all...I also inquired about body sculpting and once again the ladies outdid themselves. Sara, Mona and Mabel all made the experience worthwhile. Thank you so much ladies!!! I will definitely be back.

I love the new location it is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s beautifully furnished!Please don’t believe what you read on here. The staff is very nice and honest. A lot of clients don’t listen and don’t follow directions. Also, some clients have unrealistic expectations.Ive been going to HourGlass Diva for many YEARS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!The owner of this circus is very unprofessional and rude. I schedule an appointment and made a mistake of giving this clowns a deposit. Do to the weather condition they contacted me to see if I wanted to reschedule the appointment? I agree and I was told that they will reach out to me with a new date. Well they never called me I end up calling them, not once but twice and twice they said that they will call me back with a new date “ Again That Didn’t Happen”. So I got tired of waiting and lost interest in doing business with them, do to the lack of professionalism. I texted the owner of the place, politely, to reimburse my deposit back. Obviously I haven’t received any service from them and is fair to ask. She reply In MINUTES!!—-In MINUTES!!! and came up with a story saying that my appt was do for (today) without me knowing anything about it. This person was so nasty over the phone that it was impossible to have a normal conversation after I decided that I don’t want their services. She claims that, the business policies is online that she will not reimburse the deposit. OWNER, I understand that But you failed, your business failed to complied with the law and to me that’s what I refer to as a THIEF!!!

Honestly their communication skills are horrible. The owner of the place has the worse attitude and doesn’t know how to do business. I scheduled for a certain therapist and NOBODY called me confirming that my therapist will be change and I don’t feel comfortable with anyone else. so all my deposit is cancelled and I still had a credit Bc I paid it in full and I won’t see that money again. I will NEVER AGAIN come back! There’s better machines in Princeton & Edison with better communication skills. I’ll go there instead of this place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

You see women of all shapes, sizes and ethnicity with the same purpose...to feel more confident and more beautiful ...and thats exactly the motive behind Joanne and her team. These women do their very best to treat each client with the utmost respect. They are both professional and personable. They will do whatever it takes to get you through that madera session after lipo or to stop you from walking out in the middle of a Brazilian wax. Ive laughed, Ive cried, Ive heard other womens stories and struggles and have honestly built a bond with all of them. I know good things will continue to come for the Hourglass Crew. I cant thank them enough for all they have done for me as a client both physically by helping me get my waist in check, and emotionally with their words of encouragement. I went in for a consultation ($25 deposit) for weight loss services. I left and paid feeling super overwhelmed and having no clue what I even agreed to, theres a lot of information. The procedure I decided to go with has not shown an inch of results and this is 3 weeks $250+ later. The place is beautiful, clean, ladies are very nice and well informed, they will answer any questions and help you feel comfortable. They seem to be flexible with scheduling appointments. Im just not impressed at all with the amount of money I spent and lack of results. Texting seems to be their form of communication which is modern and convenient yes, but messages get lost in translation or left unanswered.

They rush your services and you don’t see any results. They’re just money hungry and plain disrespectful. Also. Don’t believe all the positive reviews on here, they’re FAKE made by the owner of the place. Again, THE OWNER WRITES FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Don’t fall for it, find another place for your services.

Joanne is absolutely thee best her and Sarah Are tentative when it comes these massages she has me looking better and better each time I visit she goes far and beyond out of her way friendly staff excellent customer service I drive 2hrs every other day to get my massages and trust it is well worth it

This place is the most unprofessional “want to be” spa. They make you feel unwelcome. The staff are rude. I wasn’t even asked to sit down. My consultation was made standing up. Guys do not waste your time and money.

Come here regularly for my massages after getting a lipo and BBL and when I say these massages got me snatched for the gods HUNNNTY IM SNATCHED. They provide A1 service.. always attentive, always there to answer questions via text.. love this place. Glad I found it and shout out to Romana.. she’s great I deff recommend her, she’ll have y’all snatched lady’s and gents!

My girlfriend went in while I waited for her upstairs in the hair salon after walking her downstairs the place is difficult to find but once you get there everyone is so nice.... the receptionist yelisa was very helpful and nice and made us feel very welcomed while the therapist Mona was very helpful and informative as well... the other 2 young ladies Sara and Mabel were also very sweet and great they even helped my girlfriend put her faha on...lol

I am completely shocked at the reviews that were listed here, since I had a pleasant experience with HourGlass Diva. I found this company on Instagram and from the first call I made to them, they provided me with exceptional service. I called them looking for a Make Up Artist to glam up Myself for my wedding and my bridal Party and the receptionist Priscilla was so informative and she went beyond expectations to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service they provide. I met with Priscilla personally before booking my session and she was accommodating with the wants and needs that I had for my wedding. While booking my session I had the chance to meet the Owner of the shop and the team of girls who worked with her and they were all extremely friendly and outgoing.Courtney was the make up artist who did my make up trail at there facility and she did a phenomenal job where I hired her instantly to do my make up after all of my bridesmaid seen me they quickly booked her as well. Hour Glass Diva accommodated me on my wedding day since I didnt have the time to drive to Union coming from Bloomfield and its about a 20 minute drive, so they sent Courtney to my home where she glammed up myself, 4 bridesmaids, and my mother all on the same day before hours before the wedding with lashes for each one of us. I would use their services again in a heartbeat They all made me feel welcomed in there office and they went out their ways to accommodate me and for that I would always be thankful.Thank you Hour Glass Diva, Wish everyone more success *

I am absolutely obsessed with Hourglass Diva! I had surgery in February of this year in DR and found Hourglass via IG. From my initial contact with them while still in DR they have been nothing but professional & informative. I did my post-op massages here and my results are awesome!! This is my 2nd surgery, I did not do massages after the 1st surgery and by far Im loving my results! They recommended and ordered my 2nd stage garment which I found so helpful. I am now doing skin tightening with Mabel who is a god sent! She not only cares for my body but is nourishment for my soul! All the ladies are wonderful. I also recently did microblading with Jo and my results are gorgeous!! I keep looking at my brows because they look so natural. I highly recommend Hourglass for whatever your needs are!!!

I have been coming to Hourglass DIvas since the day after my bbl and lipo an I must say they are the best in the area and i drive over half hour see them!!!! It makes my week knowing Im going to get amazing post op care. Post op is VERRRRRYYYY important and they made me feel at ease, not to mention that I felt like a millon bucks after my massages! They helped with any questions I had and even fit me for my next faja garnment. I have not one area of fibrosis after lipo because of their post op care.Very sweet each of them and made each session pleasurable talking to me, making me feel comfortable. They do offer alot of other treatments and I will continue to come here. I will refer them to friends and family! Thank you Divas for making my transformation an amazing one!!!!
