Quick was loading. Of course 1 pallet. Company has a dock. And it’s so tight. It’s terrible. Good luck trucker. When you are a rookie. But don’t be scary. Ask somebody for backing up

Great service and well experienced employees.At first I thought I would not be able to back in to the dock because my cab has a shower and bed, along with a 53 ft trailer.I have been driving for years and decided to back in without requesting the employees to move the vehicles in the lot. I backed in with no issue and patiently waited to be loaded.The employees informed me that they were not the ones who booked my truck so the appointment time may need to be adjusted. I understood I was early to my appointment and will be loaded as soon as the freight is palatalized and accounted for.I asked to use the restroom and they kindly brought me to the guest restroom in the warehouse where I saw the employees working full speed to prepare my freight.On my way back to the truck, I politely asked for an ETA on the load and once given the ETA, I patiently waited in my truck until I was ready to be signed out.I had zero issues with this company and had a pleasure dealing with all of the employees I talked to.If you are polite and show respect, everyone at MH Logistics is more than happy to help you out and help explain any confusion.
