The staff is very friendly and everyone is very welcoming. Reception is super nice as well; However, I was so concerned they didnt have any hot tool holder. The hot iron was literally sitting on top of a table and I was so scared the stylist would turn my chair and the curler would fall on me! The shampoo by Janet was very nice, and so was her blow out. However when it came time to curl my hair (I asked for curls with volume) I was very dissatisfied. I didnt get either curls nor volume. To my surprise, she didnt even section my hair to curl... she just went with what she saw. And to finish, Janet barely put any hairspray- although I told her I had an evening event. My curls fell out and I had to retouch at home and add a lot of volume because it was so flat. Friendly staff, but not so sure about the stylists and lack of equipment.

Until today I still dont know what Nadia tried to do with my hair, was not the cut, not the color, not the style. Before I booked I asked is she knows how to do a Balayage, which she said yes, the day of the appointment I show her a picture of the color and the style what she agreed one more time. Unfortunately, it was nothing similar to that! she doesnt spend the time that this requires, she goes from one client to another without finishing right, just jumping to the next client in a rush, she is the only person who does the main job, (other person just blow hair and clean) anyway it would bother me if she does the job right. After I told her that my color was totally different she tried to put a cream on my hair which of course didnt help at all. After all this frustration she keeps the change, acting like there is nothing to give me back, well I felt more shy to ask of what she kept that I just left. Anyway, I cant wait to change my hair and dont do the same mistake. My recommendation is go to another hair salon that will give you the attention, and service that you need it will cost you the same price.

Decided to give it a try and booked my appointment after quarantine. Nadia booked my appointment, had an automatic check in via text message. Upon arrival followed every step of sanitary procedures issued with COVID, instructing me to wash my hands and sanitize per regulation.Nadia is a very friendly, nice, and professional pleasant person. The shop is immaculate. Cant wait to grow this hair out to go back! Thanks again Nadia!😁

I used to drive 45 minutes to have my haircut, until one day when someone recommended me Nadia. She is truly amazing, not to mention that she knows her colors theory. My hair had tones of red, violet, orange, and dark brown, but somehow, she managed to obtain one color, chocolate, my favorite!!!! I love my haircut and the color. I recommend Nadia with all my heart! The place is nice, too!

Cute salon with good customer service. Called in the morning on a Sunday and they squeezed me in 2 hours later. Has a spa portion with great products as well. Bright and friendly.

Five star service- stylist went above and beyond. My daughter is 4 years old and is the type of child who needs to understand exactly what is going to happen to her, whether it will hurt, and who will ask many questions in an effort to understand. She is not the type of child who will be successfully distracted by playrooms, video screens or other ways of simply making the child not focus on the haircut.

Great cut! I have had an extremely hard time finding someone to do my texture of hair. Nadia is a life saver !! My 21st birthday was the following day and my stylist cancelled few hours before my appt I called and Nadia took me within two hours. She blow dried and straightened my extremely curly hair with no problem. Will be bringing my sister here. (The pictures are just to show my texture of hair for anyone with the same, looking for someone to do theirs)

Super happy with this place. I came in for a trim once and she did such a good job of not cutting off my long hair. Went to some fancy fancy place in river north and paid a ton and the woman sacked off several inches. I’ll totally be coming back her next time

I went to Ciao Bella because I was tired of salons messing up my hair color. I was encouraged by the five-star rating so with high expectations I made an appointment. The owner was very welcoming and I was impressed by how well she manages her time leaving the easy tasks to her assistant also very nice.The first coloring was ok. A little darker than I wanted but it covered the gray hair. She made a great cut and the assistant styled my hair straight.I was happy.The second time I came was different. The owner said that the color washed off so she needed another formula and to do highlights so ”all the browns blended” she was in a rush and complained she had to do my highlights. I assumed the highlights will be a lighter brown so it blended with my other hair colors as she pointed, but they turn up cooper which now added another color!My goal is to have one brown and no gray.Now I had gold, very dark brown and copper colors in my hair. Ok color is difficult. But what I dislike the most, is that this time the salon rushed me and sent me home with wet hair. The same reason I left my former stylist

Got my hair done a couple days ago and i hated it. My hair looked like it was colored ratchetly and unprofessionally. They charged me very high even though I was not satisfied with the way my hair came out. When I asked for a refund, although she gave part of my money back, she also gave me sass and had a terrible attitude. Overall, I do NOT recommend going here. The ladies are super rude and my hair came out looking like it was barely even touched (as in my hair color looks almost the same as before it was even dyed). Worse hair experience ever.
