This travel agency is a fraud. They took the full amount for a cruise that was supposed to happen Aug 22-26 (Idol ke Dewane) and canceled a week before the event. They took our full payment and promised to refund us. I even took travelers insurance out on it. It has been 2 months and we still have not gotten payment. They have picked up and left! No one picks up our calls/email. The owner Dimple Salim Ali (Mohammed Salim) and his assistant Monika Patel are scam artists. Be aware of these crooks!

BEWARE - DONT BOOK YOUR CRUISE THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I booked a cruise for my mother thru them and gave a deposit but the company kept changing the dates of the cruise and finally after the third time they changed the date, I decided to back out and cancel my reservation. The companys owner, Dimple Ali, said that he would refund my money but its been 4 weeks and he keeps avoiding my calls and emails and has not returned my deposit. His representatives even say that what is happening with me is unfair but they cannot do anything. I will never recommend anyone to do business with them.
