If I could give 0 I would garbage, never answering their calls, if they answering they tell you Ill call u right back never call than not answering for few days. I would never file my taxes or mess with those guys again..... there is many things dont waste ur time or ur money.....

I am posting this so that no one else will have to go through what happened to me. First of all, you cannot trust Sami Massih. He kept postponing my appointments until the last day (tax day), where he made me wait for 2 hours. Every appointment I made was properly reserved and he ignored them all. He is extremely unprofessional and is not to be relied upon, especially with your taxes.

EDIT - also, Sami did not do our taxes yet his name is on them. His brother did them. So did we pay $900+ and not even have a licensed professional tax preparer do them!!??? SERIOUSLYScrewed up our taxes for 2018, then never even showed up for our 2019/fix last year appt. Highly overpriced. Dont waste your time
