We really like this place. They are very professional and friendly. It could be a little overwhelming going through all this “having your child evaluated” but they make you and your child feel very comfortable and not overwhelmed! They are very clear and detailed with their feedback. They have several locations and at first I thought that was kinda inconvenient to have to go to different locations, but when one location doesn’t have an opening available you can always go to another location. When you email they they get back to you in a very timely manner. My son (almost 7) sees Sabrina. The first time he met her he came out happy, smiling, and playful. He seemed so comfortable with her.

Everyone that weve encountered at NSPT has been knowledgeable, kind and caring. And when you are desperate to find help for your kiddo, those qualities are priceless. We are so happy to have found them.

Our 7year old began seeing Hailey in July 2019 and in a relatively short time, he has made noticeable improvements. He still has many issues but every little step in the right direction is considered a huge win for us. Our son has ADHD and it is something that is new to our entire family and is extremely challenging. Growing up, some of us probably displayed the signs but we were corrected the “old fashioned” way. I did not want to relive that experience with our child. So, when we went to see Hailey at the Lincolnwood location, I had very high hopes and expectations and she has not disappointed us at all. She is so incredibly personable and she “GETS IT”. She communicates thoroughly to understand the issues we’re dealing with and has so many suggestions and ideas. I love how she communicates before and after every session and is so open to hear all of our concerns, our thoughts in general, including the successes our son has had. I love that she put together charts for us and our son to use at home. I love how she is extremely flexible an accommodating. Most importantly, I love how much our son really enjoys working with her and how well she works with our son. He still needs a lot of work but we are confident that he will succeed and this is due in large part to Hailey’s assistance. Thank you so much!

We love the staff every time we walk in we are greeted with great big smiles. We have twin boys so we see 2 different therapists and they both are great! Lindsey and Sabrina do so well with our boys in OT. After each session they come give me a little feedback about how each one did and what they did well on and need improvements on. Also both therapists are able to see our boys at the same time which for twins is a must. We are very happy with their progress and recommend NSPT to anyone in need.

My son was diagnosed with autism. He has been coming here for the past 9 months and has made so much improvement. I feel very happy and so does he. The therapists here are so caring and patient. They helped him learn enthusiastically and have helped his learning drastically . I highly recommend this facility to others, it has been life changing.

The therapists who work here truly care for their patients. On many occasions I have noticed the staff going above and beyond for the well being of the children in there care.

Everyone was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Our questions and concerns were answered. We love that we can get all the therapies needed in one location and that the staff/therapists work together from the different fields to provide the best maximum outcome for our little one.

The services provided at North Shore Pediatric Therapy are second-to-none. My daughter enjoys her every visit. Im very satisfied with each and every individual working with my daughter and as a result, there are major and vast improvements in her behavior and her speech especially in these past 6 months. The entire staff including those who arent my daughters therapist know her very well just by her very presence. A job well done and I truly recommend parents who have children with autism (whether low-end spectrum like my daughter or otherwise) I sincerely recommend N.S.P.T. hands down! This is by far the best thing that has happened to our family since our son was diagnosed with ASD. The staff at this location always goes beyond what is expected to make us feel welcome. The administrative staff is helpful with any questions we might have in regards to scheduling and other things such as insurance and billing. The therapists that have and are currently working with my son are great with him and with us. They have helped us tremendously in the growth of our son and in the positive way of teaching our son at home. I am thankful to have found this therapy group and more thankful that they have opened an office that is more convenient from our home.

My son goes to Corrine at the Lincolnwood clinic for OT. Each visit with her impresses me more and more. Everything from the manner in which she greets him and myself with a great welcoming smile, to his excitement each week to work with her makes our experience phenomenal. Most importantly, the progress we see when he is seen by her is nothing short of impressive. The clinic is huge and accommodating with 2 family lounges to help keep my other children occupied. I am most appreciative of her incredible communication with me on his progress and his goals.

We have had a wonderful experience at North Shore Pediatric Therapy. The therapists are all bright, caring and work so well with the children. The office is run to perfection with a clean, safe and inviting family waiting room and friendly receptionist. All of our sessions have been on time both starting and ending. The communication between the therapists and their patients family is fluid, making you feel like true partners in your childs care.

NSPT is amazing!! They are so easy to work with. We love the entire staff! Monica has helped my son so much in the past year that we have been seeing her. I highly recommend them!!!!

I cant say enough about this company. They are at the top of the Pediatric therapy game. The newsletters, expertise of therapists, the efficiency and professionalism is absolutely top notch!

The entire staff at Northshore Lincolnwood is phenomenal. Leanne is the first person you will come into contact with and she is more than a receptionist. She is very knowledgable about all the services the clinic has and which therapists may fit your scheduling needs. She is always polite and upbeat, definitely a joy to work with. My kiddos therapists (speech and ABA) keep a positive attitude and are always available for feedback. They truly care about my familys needs and have been instrumental in helping us to understand my kiddos diagnosis. We have been to other clinics before but by far, Northshore has beat them out with their family centered attitude. My kiddo truly looks forward to his therapies and as a parent, I couldnt be more satisfied. The financial process was exceptional as well; they got all the approvals from our insurance company and were able to outline the costs before we began so there were no surprises. Thank you so much Northshore!

A wonderful experience all around. From the insurance folks, to the office staff, to the amazing social worker who is helping my child with anxiety and emotions I have had a great experience with NSPT. The Lincolnwood location is easy to get to with good parking.

My son has been going to NSPT for occupational therapy for 6 months, and seeing a social worker there for about 6 weeks. The changes in his behavior and demeanor are WONDERFUL. First of all, the facility is excellent. Such a wide array of tools, toys, and equipment, and plenty of space. The staff are amazing. So warm, engaging, and knowledgable. Accommodating is an understatement -- scheduling activities and appointments with multiple young children is so hard, but the staff has always been gracious about meeting our changing needs. We see Corinne for OT. Ive seen great strides in my sons ability to interact in a physically appropriate way with his environment, as well as motor improvements that will improve his confidence in preschool. He sees Becca for help with behavior and emotional regulation. He was unacceptably violent towards his younger brother, and then I brought home a newborn... In just weeks Ive seen shocking changes for the better, in their relationship and others. Becca has also helped my husband and I find common ground in our expectations and strategies for our sons behavior. Im so glad our pediatrician referred us to NSPT!!

Turning 3, her therapeutic transition seemed overwhelming. In steps NSPT to walk us through every step of the transition. Her progress speaks volumes. Theyve turned my behaviorally challenged child, with physical needs, into a kind friend, a leader amongst peers, & independent, participant in family/ household functions. I may have learned as much as my child during parent meets ea. Session. The therapists collaborate within the clinic, & the school, giving her 1 consistent message of follow through. The Lincolnwood location is easy access from the fast north side of the city. Available appts. When is typically convenient for You (huge for working parents!). Im glad we walked into the right place that first day. Hard to bel. She will be starting K on the right track, with lifelong skills for success. - one proud mama (SRS)

NSPT has and continues to be the most amazing experience my our son. The staff here is just wonderful. We are greeted with a big hello and smile by the Child Advocates every day. My son truly loves all his therapist (even those who dont directly work with him). The staff is so so devoted to him...I have yet to meet more devoted therapists!Thank God since my son has been at this clinic he has made an enormous amount of progress and we are so grateful for that! I really consider all of you guys at the clinic a part of Yakov’s wonderful support group cheering him on! I feel so privileged to be a part of the NSPT family :)!

The staff is so friendly and supportive! I highly reccomend them and our speech pathologist Lora is wonderful with our son.

Everyone in the Lincolnwood office is wonderful to work with. As a parent that comes here for multiple services, the staffs dedication and willingness to not only help but listen to both child and parent needs are wonderful.
