I love this ups store every time I need to print or fax I’m using this ups store the sales person is very nice, polite, and generous he help me every time I need help with packages delivery and other stuff that I needed help with.

Paul, the manager of this location, is simply the best. Not only have I been very happy with the service there but all my friends that I sent there feel the same. I wish every service person I dealt with was as professional and caring as Paul.

This location will not take a pre-paid package USPS label that would simply be a pick up at this location. I have not had this issue at other UPS Stores. Went out of my way to be turned away, will not use this location going forward.

The manager at this store is very rude. I walked in with a return and a printed label. He rudely told me I needed a box when the company whom I’m returning my item does not specify that.

This facility is a pleasure. Wearing a mask, maintaining appropriate social distance, I was able to conduct my business quickly, comfortably. Any questions I had were answered. The adult staff were able to communicate without constant monosyllables, catch phrases - like the ubiquitous no worries. It was not busy at all late afternoon. It also serves as an alternative equipment drop off for Xfinity. The entrance by car is via westbound Touhy Avenue. A narrow one lane, one way west inner drive affords parking, and a pre COVID usually packed lot is also available. There is no left turn clearly marked from this inner lane to Westbound Touhy. There are also those thoughtless people who double park and block the narrow thorough fare. Trying to return south or east involves more than I can say here. Full range of services. Great, cooperative staff. Highly recommended.

God bless Paul, who let me in 20 minutes after the store closed, because one of their trucks was blocking my ability to park for 20 mins. Thanks Paul, you are a true gentleman!

Call first. Google hours inaccurate. A paper sign on the door says they closed an hour early at 6pm (January 2021) because of COVID.

The gentleman who is working when I go in during the weekdays is friendly & helpful. As it should be. I have no complaints.
