After 3 other repair shops turning me down saying they didn’t work with my phone (I have a Huawei), he not only helped me with my phone but also went above and beyond to find a solution. Next time I have an issue I am heading straight there away! 10/10 recommend!

I had been running around frantically trying to figure out how to save my phone. I had an issue with the faceID and as a result the phone would not turn on. I was terrified that I would not be able to recover the data as I have done a poor job of backing up my phone.The Apple store told me that I would need to do a full unit replacement of my phone costing $600 or I would need to send my phone to a data recovery specialist which would have cost up to $1000.I spoke to Mark for 20 seconds and he immediately recognized the problem. Within 20 mins I was out of the mall with a working phone and new faceID sensor for $90. Could not be happier with the service.

I have an XS Max and Apples rate to repair it is $329, but actually they refused to fix mine claiming the corner was dented. These folks fixed it for $220 and the screen looks great. He made clear it wasnt the exact Apple replacement before he did the job, but it looks great, took 45 minutes as predicted and gave a 30 day warranty.

I went to UBreakIFix to get a new screen for my Samsung Galaxy S8, but they ended up not being able to get the job done. On top of that, my phone was returned to me in worse condition than before I came in, since it was no longer able to charge. When I went to this store, however, they knew exactly how to fix both issues, all while being open to price negotiation. These guys know how to do it better and in less time than UBreakIFix. I highly recommend this place, and I wont be going anywhere else from now on!

Before I went there i was asking about fixing galaxy note 8 charger port through phone. Once I went there, the owner first offered to clean the port in order for me to avoid spending on fixing something unnecessary and common issue. He treated me well and was very explainable. I am quite pleased with the service and the quality of the repair. I came in on my way to a Bar-Mitzvah. I broke the screen on my phone and they repaired the screen on the spot - which took about 15 minutes. They have a nice selection of cases, as well. Mark has fixed the battery on my cell phone twice, fixed my sisters charging port, and fixed the battery on my iPod touch. If ZERO stars was an option I would have chosen it.I dont usually write reviews but I feel this place needs attention. I went to fix my iPhone. It worked perfectly fine besides the fact it had a crack in the screen. But what I didnt realize was that a simple cracked screen ended up costing me a brand new phone.A very unprofessional worker named Mark was assisting me. We agreed on a price after much arguing from his side. When I came back to get my phone, the screen was fixed, however, the phone was all cloudy and the lighting would change from high to low on its own. To make things worse, I realized I couldnt tap on anything on the left side of the screen!!! I told Mark the issue and he argued that he fixed the screen but nothing else was his problem and that it would cost more to fix the rest. I tried to explain that my phone was working perfectly and was in great condition besides the crack on the screen. I even opened the passcode and showed him the phones great condition before we even agreed on a price. He continued to disrespect me and make me out as a liar.This Mark worker should NOT be working with phones nor should he be treating a costumer with such disrespect. I work in a business company and they would never tolerate such rude and inexcusable behavior.Please take your phones elsewhere if you dont want to end up buying a brand new phone like I had to.-Megan

Can’t say enough about accessor EZ and The Manager Mike!!! Last year in March I fell out of my car (don’t ask) and onto the ground with my iPhone in the pocket of my coat. Well even though I had it in a protective case and glass, it was highly damaged and the glass was completely smashed. I brought it to them and within the hour, my iPhone was working again and looking GOOD as NEW at a fraction of the price!!!Since then, my husband has had his Glass replaced on his older iPhone and is still working like a champ.Today, I brought my phone in again, because it was acting crazy, and kept going to the power off screen. Highly Recommend!!! The service and quality of work here is really impressive. These guys have you in and out super fast too-my cracked screen usually takes 10 mins. Its in Lincolnwood Mall, which is convenient for parking and location-its the second kiosk if you enter through the 90 Miles Cuban Cafe entrance of the mall. They always have backup screws and random parts that fall out if you drop your phone and dont charge extra for them, which I have had places do. Thanks guys!!! You are my go-to!!!

Not upfront!! I basically got a refund after I notice my IPhone X had 3 other issues wrong with the phone. After being told he can fix it for $220 for water damage, my Face ID wasn’t working, my top volume button wasn’t working, and the keyboard was glitching. I took it to Apple and found out he left screws out the inside of the phone and made my damages worse once he took his cheap screen back after the refund. He is not professional, I don’t recommend this place.

Stopped by and the guys were so helpful and honest. I highly recommend using them vs. setting up an appointment and paying more at the apple store to replace the screen. I stood there and he even explained the issues and why it broke as well.

I went to get my broken screen fix and the led light and I was missing a lot of pieces. I had brought it to ubreakifix in Evanston the day before and they couldnt fix it due to a small dent on the side (which I have brought phones in worse conditions). I brought it to mark and not only did he fix everything within 30 min and include missing pieces but he gave me a great price! Highly recommend!!

Went to the Kiosk and at first i was a bit skeptical. But after Speaking with the owner he made me at ease about choosing EZ accesories. I got my iphone 7 screen replaced and it was such a good price. This is the second time i take phones to get fixed there and they have not disappointed me . Have taken my phones for issues ranging from Major water damage to a broken screen. Both time Accessor EZ made a stressful situation into a calm and reassuring one. Mark was able to resolve the issue in a timely fashion and for a reasonable price! Next time the baby puts the phone in the toilet, Accessor EZ is my first call! Highly recommended.

I brought my husbands iphone in because the screen turned on but the light was very dim. Then I spoke to Mohamed, and he told me his colleague, Mark, would be able to fix it. They told me it will take an hour. When I went back, Mark told me he cant fix it . But when I told him to turn the phone on, it wouldnt turn on. He said that I gave him my phone like that. I was really upset that he lied to me. Not only did he break my phone but had the nerve to yell at me. Mohammed tried explaining to him that the phone turned on just fine before he had it and when Mohamed tried to apologize, Mark said DONT APOLOGIZE. If you need to fix your phone, this is not the place to go. Do not go here!
