They never answered the phone but being in Skokie they couldn’t be anything less than stellar. God Bless Skokie and all who dwell herein. Protect us from the evil Evanstonians, Lincolnwoodians, Chicagoans, and Morton Grovians.Amen
We are happy with our Revive bathroom; worth investment. Bathrooms can be tricky and didn’t want to cut corners. Knew both expertise and design needed to remodel 20+ year old master bathroom. So we chose Revive and would recommend for bathroom renovate / remodel.
Worked with Revive Team several times now and they are top notch. Jennifer and Kristen are awesome Designers. Don and Brian are really great Superintendents who are very knowledgeable and thorough. Jamie in the office is on top all the details making sure everything runs smoothly. I would definitely recommend Revive to anyone considering a bath remodel.
Our master bathroom turned out great! We had a professional experience with Revive designer bathrooms. We worked with Jennifer on the design and Don was the superintendent. All the construction workers had years of experience and made for a stress free experience. I just selected them again to do a second bathroom.
Revive remodeled all 3 of our bathrooms this summer and we couldnt be more pleased with the results of the project. Don Jurs was our project superintendent. Don is a very professional and capable individual; he kept us informed of every step in the process and did a very fine job lining up each of the tradespeople to ensure the project was completed in a timely fashion. We have already recommended Revive to several of our friends.
My husband and I continue to extremely pleased with the remodeling done on our master bath. In addition to the many compliments we’ve received, we think the bathroom is beautiful. Don Jurs as superintendent and the various workmen couldn’t have been more professional, helpful, and accommodating. Nothing but quality options and work throughout the process. Definitely recommend this company and particularly Don and his team.
The Revive team did a great job on our bathroom renovation. Very insightful and thoughtful during the consulting process. Did not rush and weighed pros and cons of the choices we had to make. The demo and build process went well. Dusty, no doubt, during construction, but the crew did a great job of trying to keep things contained and kept the staging area clean. We had a change in the project manager mid-construction, but they handled it professionally and without causing any delays. We recommend Revive to others and would work with them again.
We absolutely love our new bathroom from Revive. Their consultation process was easy and Heather was super friendly. Revive completed the work on time and we could not be happier with the results - we love our new bathroom! Would definitely recommend Revive to anyone in the market for a new bathroom.
The Revive design team are amazing and captured the spirit of what we envisioned our bathroom to be. From carpenters to tillers to electrician, the tradesmen they engage are true professionals and the end results are outstanding. Great ownership!
Revive just completed a bathroom redo for me, and I couldnt be happier! I never knew how easy it would be to get my own spa - now I dont even want to get out of my brand new shower (its got a waterfall shower head)! If you are thinking about redoing your bathroom check out Revive!
Do Not Use Revive Designer Bathrooms, an Airoom Company, for your Bathroom Remodeling! It is a painful experience from start to finish. And the total cost is very high for the quality of work you receive. Our project was relatively simple: approximately 60 square feet of floor space; new tile; new shower with glass doors; new vanities, toilet, mirrors, fixtures, lights; heated floor; no walls moved; no tub installed or removed; no steam shower. In our first meeting with Revive we were told that the “process from contract signing to project completion is approximately 4 months, with the actual remodeling work taking 4-6 weeks.” In our case, from contract signing to project completion was 153 available working days (backing out Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day: and our one week vacation), 30.6 weeks or approximately 7.5 months. The actual remodel from original start date to completion was 87 available working days (excludes Independence Day, Labor Day, and our one week vacation), 17.5 weeks. Actual work took place on 28 of these available working days (32%). After our last substantial payment (“on tile”) when the finish work was set to begin, the project took an additional 47 working days, 9.4 weeks. At this point Revive had received 97% of the total contract amount. On the 55th available working day, 11 weeks, the trim carpenter suggested I contact the company’s President via email. I did and the President responded, pledging “to move trades around and to make your job a priority”. From the date of the President’s email to completion, with his applying the necessary pressure, it took 33 available working days, 6.6 weeks, with work occurring on 8 of the available days (24%). And on the final inspection visit our Superintendent commented that “despite some hiccups we kept things moving along nicely.” In fairness, two days after completion the President called and asked to come look at the job in our home. He commented that they probably took on more projects than they could handle; it was difficult scheduling trades; but our job was not managed properly. He stated that he wanted to refund the portion of the contract attributed to “field management.” While we appreciated this gesture, it was small consolation for a wasted summer of aggravation and disruption.
On time on budget and awesome.
