Guardian Home Pro came out to repair a front porch. The quality of the job was bad. Wood was cut too short, rails were put up crooked, and parts porch that was suppoced to be painted was missed. They assured me they would make it right but after almost 4 months they still have not returned.Update: 2 more weeks have passed and they have still not even tried to contact me even after pictures have been sent. It is sad that they have no problem taking your money but they fail to honor the warranty in their contract.

Brand new deck. Awesome job, great price and will definitely have them do more work. Came when they said they would and gave me a great deal.

Absolutely horrible customer service - they dont respond for weeks and then they bait and switch with their estimates! To say the customer service left something to be desired is an understatement. Then their estimator has the nerve to email me well bless your heart... consumer beware!

Snow knocked off our awning and tore off the vinyl siding. Called a bunch of guys, but GHP was the only guys wanting to come out and take a look. Great customer service, great pricing and great problem solvers. My wife and I were happy with the great work they did. We hired them for another job and they turned around in a week and took care of it too. If something happened to our house, theyd be the first one wed call.

Poor experience. They couldn’t send me a quote for a simple project at my home. I wanted to start with something easy and see how they did. Obviously they didn’t see it as a priority. Epic fail. Try your luck somewhere else, these folks want you to beg to contract their services. That’s not how it should work.Also the person who gave the 5 star review is the guy who works for the company and couldn’t send me an estimate.
