Pretty damn good car wash for the price. They have 2 lanes: brushes and touchless (just water jets). Ive used both. Not the best car wash Ive ever gotten, but Im going to keep coming back

The wash bays really need more frequent cleaning. Kinda dingy in there. Good for quick wash.

None of the equipment works correctly. My car’s exterior is much worse than before I went through this supposed car wash. It has a dull grimy film on it now, water spots all over it, light dirt/dust didn’t even wash off, was not dry, was not rinsed well at all— just a very light mist then quit, it looks horrible and I paid $11 and had to go to another car wash and put out more money just to clean the gummy film, water spots, etc off that this place charged me $11 for. The owner should be shut down. It’s a shame and extremely dishonest that he’s making a profit off of people and not delivering anything remotely close to a good car wash. This is the WORST car wash I’ve ever been to in 30 years. It’s comparable to a cheap lawn sprinkler with a clogged up or kinked garden hose. If even that. What a dump.

Same cost as jetsplash, except when I leave jetsplash I dont have to clean my truck again when I get home.

I got the top level of the touchless wash. It was basically useless. It didnt wash anything off my truck at all. Not sure if they need new pumps, nozzles or both but the power washing is just a strong mist... Nothing more.

Dont use this car wash! Go somewhere else if you are in Lincoln. Not customer friendly.

I paid $11 for a deluxe wash and the dryer was not working. I called the attendant who said he knew it wasn’t working. He said it was posted but there was no sign when they took my money. He refused to refund me.

Wash was fairly quick and price competitively. As for the quality of the touch-less, well it was less than desired. The equipment definitely needs some maintenance as the pre-soaks were not distributed evenly on vehicle. And at least 2 nozzles on the spray arch are plugged solid so it left decent streaks of dirt on my vehicle. Planning on trying to contact them and see what they say/do will update review after.

This is an okay car wash. I wouldnt say it does a great job, though. Usually some of the cleaning stuff isnt working and its pretty expensive for having things that dont work.

Process was simple to just pull in, choose my wash, and drive through. I thought it was great. Got all the dirt off and didnt end up with any water spots. Definitely going to look into their punch card when I return.

Paid for the best wash, and the undercarriage protection. Only half of the jets worked, I didnt get the rain coat or the spot free rinse they didnt come on at all. When I got home all of my tire wells still had dirt, the undercarriage was still completely dirty and my windows have streaks in them from Im assuming the conditioner that didnt get rinsed of all the way. I took my truck straight to jet splash and had to wait another half an hour to get my truck rewashed I will never go back to wash and roll and I will never suggest it to anyone

Paid like 5 dollars for a wash here, and it was quick, yes, but it wasnt somewhere I would return to. They are other options that are more thorough, and more bang for my buck. The vacuums have to be paid for every few minutes. Good, clean, but too fast for me.

I went here to wash my truck. After I paid then the attendant came out and told me I needed to take out my trailer hitch. I didnt have the key with me. He said I couldnt use either wash with it in. I have used carwashs all over the country and never heard that. It was not listed on the list of things to do. He saidit wasnt a standard feature. It was on my truck!

I have used this car wash for years, recently within the past year I have had to talk to the owner 2 times, the first time I had a bike rack on the back of my car, I didnt realize you couldnt go through the car wash with it and he came out and stopped the car wash then he had very rude words with me, started pointing at his head telling me to use my brain and just continued to belittle me even after I apologized to him and told him I really didnt know. After that incident I didnt go back for awhile. Then today I decided to get a wash and of course the touch machine was not working so the guy behind me told me to knock on the owners door and tell him. I did that and explained to the old man that I couldnt get the machine to activate so he came out asked me to back up a little because I was close to the credit card paying machine (whatever you call it) and as I am trying to back out with him right by my car he starts yelling at me because I am not backing up correctly!!!?? He yells you just need to back straight up!! Then I got very nervous because this old man is yelling being very rude and I have done nothing wrong. I was nothing but pleasant to him and he just snaps at me....So I back up a little bit so he can open up the credit card machine and he begins working on it while I sat there then finally I ask for my credit card back so I can just leave and never come back and I had to back up nervously all the way out of the car wash with him being a jerk, sun in my eyes and he telling me how to back up with his ever so happy way I dont recommend this car wash because the old man who I think is the owner is very unpleasant, not a nice man at all!! Im never going back!! God be with you if you have to talk to the old man!!

Easy access but not the best finish for $10.

Open 24 hours, never had any problems. Easy pay with cash or credit. $5 wash works fine for me. Would like to see some daily specials or membership card for additional savings.

The wash itself was OK, but the instructions were, to say the least, unclear. And the owner or manager berated me when I exited for not following those unclear instructions. I wont be back.

The touchless side is pretty worthless unless you have only dust to get off your vehicle. The side that has stuff touching your car isnt to bad, however the spotless rinse included in the $9.00 wash, left spots all over my car. Have wasted $20.00 at this car wash in the last 3 months. Wont use again.

Touchless is very weak, always leaves suds on car no matter which wash you buy. Seems like it needs maintenance. Touchfull is frequently broken so no review for that. Avoid unless you are out of options.

The website advertise Free Vacuum but that is not true. Only free Air. Vacuum is 75 cents quarters only. $5 wash doesnt include undercarriage wash. $8 to get that.

Worst experience I have ever had. The owner was there and I had my hitch on my truck. I agreed to take it off and the guys was like well u where gonna go through with it on. Hes said u need to learn to read the D*** instructions. You cant use it because of the fact u werentgonna follow the directions. U have no D*** idea what kinda damage that does to these machines. I tried to apologize but he just gave me back my money and told me to get lost. Dont recommend anyone to come here.

Since I moved to the south sidenofnLincoln, I have always used this car wash. Yoday my son and I went to get my vehicle washed and were waiting in line. I had forgotten that I still had my kayak racks up on the top of the vehicle, so we were backing out to leave when a guy (manager? Owner? Not sure) came up to my vehicle. He insists that I roll down my window as Im trying to drive away and then hands me a slip of paper telling me that I am not allowed to come through with the racks on my vehicle. I stated I know, thats why were leaving. This man got so rude and snaps at me and says common sense would have told you that....well excuse me! I obviously know this because I was leaving and stated that, that was why I was leaving. For starts, if Im already backing out and leaving, why continue to approach me? Second, you are running a business and should be nice to your customers and never treat them like that, regardless.I told him that it wasnt necessary to be so rude about it and he continued to snap at me. I told him that I wont ever be coming back, period and he said good. Dont come back!. I definitely wont. I have never had a business owner/worker be so disrespectful towards me.

I was waiting 40 min to then turn around and drive through AGAIN or take my money back. Oo my.... bad customer service on the old mans part...now waiting at jet splash! Please avoid unless absolutely necessary. As recently buying a new car, I wanted to have as least damage to it as possible, so I used the Touchless station. Went to the machine to pay and the lady on screen said, I alWayS uSe thE pRemiUm waSh! Yeah, yeah. Im sure you do. Paid the $5 for the lowest level, pretty cheap Id say. Went in, soaped up the car, and then WWWHHHOOOooosh. Everything shut down, TV said thank you for your business, and shut off. Now I have a soaped up car with no one in the main building, so what do I have to do now? Thats right, Powerscrub lane! Got the job done, minus a scratch on the roof. Gave Bob a call, and he said to come back for a free wash. Should have learned my lesson there, but a free wash! We got a free pRemiuM $10 touchless wash. Everything was going smoothly; bug shield, rain shield, all the nice accessories. Wash is over, but then I noticed something. After the TV again said thank you for your business, there was no sound. Nothing to dry off my car. Now I have water spots everywhere and my car is dirtier than before. Thanks for the wash(es)!

I come to this car wash at least once a week because they are cheap. Today I went through like normal and followed the electronic sign telling me when to go and stop. The sign malfunctioned and it told me to back up when I was done. Then more soap came coming down. The owner was there and stood in front of the car wash and aggressively motioned me forward, I did not get to rinse my car off or dry it, he made me roll my window down and asked we have if I had ever been through an automatic carwash before and was very demeaning with his manner he told me I messed up his whole line of cars and asked if I still wanted my car washed. I informed him that yes I still needed to get the stuff off of my car and he made me sit through the line of cars again with soap on my car. He came to my window and started arguing with me about how I messed up everything, when I informed him I was following the directions on his sign. The owner was very rude and lacks all type of customer service, I would say he just lost a solid customer!

Pretty neat little wash. It doesnt beat hand washing your vehicle, but for a quick wash its good. I do alot of interstate traveling so my car has alot of bug boo on it. Wash & Rolls equipment got all of it minus the side mirrors. But thats nothing a little quik detailer and elbow grease cant fix. Overall it beats alot of the automatic washes.Ill definitely be back. Thank you.

Terrible. Went through the powerscrub wash. The wash ripped off the rear window wiper. The attendant was very rude when I mentioned it to him. Then finally came outside and looked. Said it was lose. Patted me on the back said to read the sign and walked away.

Do not go to this car wash. It said it was open with flashing sign and claims to be open 24 hours. But, when I went up to the kiosk and paid my $5 with cash, it said to please wait until the car in front of me was done. I waited about 10 minutes then finally pulled around to the front door. I knocked on the door, no was in the building, I called, no answered and theres no answering machine. TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

Absolutely terrible touchless wash. I keep my car fairly clean and wiped down with a ceramic quick detail spray weekly. The rocker wash didnt even take the minor brake dust off my wheels. The water pressure was pathetically weak. Ill say this is due to lack of maintenance as you could see water gushing out of the fittings prior to reaching the spray nozzles. I was left with more water spots than I have ever experienced at a wash, even using the spot free rinse. To top it off, as I was rolling through the dryer, I heard a loud clang as the dryer dam came crashing onto my roof after going over the roof rack leaving a large dent. This $7 wash is going to end up costing me over a hundred for damage repairs. Stay Away!!!

Do not use this car wash. I paid for the most expensive wash plus extra bug wash. Not only did not get the bugs off it took off new rear wiper off! Do not use this car wash!
