The guy was super friendly and nice. The car wash was quick. But the wash itself sucked, it left dirt on the car everywhere the brushes went, bent my license plate, and we paid for the wheel clean with our wash which it didnt do more than splash water on.Signed up for the membership which I plan on cancelling after todays first time. If a automatic car wash cant even do a basic job why even go.

Do you love to spend hours detailing your car? Or do you like a quick in and out? Either way this is the best place in town. Car wash is nice 👌 kind of like a really chill rave party. The best comes after where they have vacuum stations set up. Along with the two kinds of vacuums available they have unlimited rags to use, 4 kinds of cleaner an air gun, q tips, and 3 kinds of brushes. I could spend a good hour here love g my cat. I even noticed a cute chart on the proper cleaning technique for their products. I went for the monthly membership but individual washers are only 6.99. Because they have some vines and dinosaur cutouts its a hit with those with young children.

I love that I dont have to deal with a lot of people or scanning of cards to get in, and I can spend all the time I need to keep my little Soul looking new. I really appreciate the free air fresheners, and the detailing stations are great! Even my teenagers like helping clean the car!

UPDATE: Months after our cancellation, we are still being charged for the car wash, despite canceling in (and not using since) May. Our May amount was prorated for the amount of time we had used that month, and we’ve been charged the for the full months since. This is extremely irritating.I just canceled our membership. My wife and I stopped by last night for a car wash, only to have the rinse portion hardly work, so we drove out still covered in foam. We drove back around and spoke to the attendant who said yeah Ive been hearing that a lot today, we have someone coming to fix it tomorrow. He then said Ive been telling people they can pull into our detailing area and use the rags to wipe it off. The foam is non-streak though, so you could leave it and itd be fine.Its completely unprofessional and unethical to KNOW that your machinery/product isnt working and to just herd people through it so you can make a buck, and then when the customers complain you tell them to go clean it off themselves.Oh, and the foam is NOT non-streak. The portions we happened to miss on a window streaked over and will need to be washed off, at a different car wash of course. We will not be returning here, as they clearly do not care. Its not worth the cost of the membership.

I really enjoy Kevin’s car wash. The wash itself is fantastic and the monthly value is awesome. I really love the detailing options they have for you at the vacuums. To be able to quickly vacuum, spray and clean my windows and interior is a game changer. I love the air hose that helps me dry off the water from the door jams, handles, and mirrors that always drip later if you don’t. This place is the best Carwash in Lincoln!

This is the coolest car wash. It has everything you need. Their car wash get your car really clean. The price is great especially if you wash your car at least four times a month.

Cheap car wash but not worth the money. Truck did not get cleaned even after two washes. Have attendant but barely did any prewash. Do have vacuum which is nice

Beware of signing up for a 3 month membership. When I did there was no mention of this being a recurring membership. I never authorized in writing or verbally additional charges or additional time beyond 3 months. I checked my credit card statement today and there is an additional $26.80 charge. I have disputed this with my credit card company because no one has answered the phone at the car wash. I did try to cancel it online through the car wash, but since I never set an account up, I have no way to sign in to close it.

I love this Carwash signed up my truck and my wife’s Buick 3 months ago she wasn’t using it as often as me and I wasn’t sure how to cancel her account so I went into the wash and asked one of the workers he helped me get hers canceled and my plan changed to a different wash very quickly, great professional staff and the vacuums are the best part

My son signed up for monthly car wash on my credit card. I told him to cancel THE VERY NEXT DAY. He went in physically to do so and was told he had to talk to a person who was not there repeatedly. Then when he finally got the person, they told him to email. He did so and it was not canceled. He then did again. Additionally they charged DOUBLE EACH MONTH. I have called and emailed, NO RESPONSE NO ANSWER . it says press 4 for Lincoln and it goes no where. This is unacceptable. I was billed $32.17 16 times 3/25, 04/07, 04/27, 05/07, 5/26, 6/8, 7/25, 7/7, 7/27, 8/07, 8/25, 9/06, 9/24, 10/8, 10/26, 11/6. That is $514.72 charged and he never got even a car wash except the 1st day because he thought it was canceled. I have also tried to call several times as I indicated. Call the number listed on the internet. See if you are successful in getting through. Why the double charge as well? I am not the only one either as you can tell from the other responses. I dont know, is the attorney general the next option?

The carwash is good and they have an area to vacuum and clean the inside of your car along with cleaning wipes and other supplies for that. They are really pushy, though, about getting people to buy memberships with automatic charges to your credit card. Cancellation takes a few days to process and must be done at least 7 days prior to the next cycle. Its a d3cent car wash, but the high pressure sales tactics and delays to cancel your membership feel underhanded.

The first time using this car wash grand slam wash truck came out with all the bugs on the front end and windshelield was still dirty sides and rims had areas not even cleaned. Went back and said that didnt do a good job gave me a free wash came back today the truck looks the same before it was wash again will never use this location again

Scratched my car. Had to contact the Kansas City and Bellevue location was the only location to help me, thanks to Austin after 2 weeks of the claim. Scratched salt all the way to the base. I wish I could post the pictures here. The “high definition” video of the entry even looks manipulated. 100% sure this location scratched my car.

I live on the most opposite side of town but bought an unlimited pass because it is my favorite car wash. I like that it has free vacuums and cleaning cloths with all the cleaning supplies for windows, tires, freshener, etc all included.

Do not sign up for their monthly service, as you won’t be able to cancel. They give you a QR to scan & cancel - easy, right? WRONG. You type in the cancellation info & it tells you to go cancel in person. So I go cancel in person, not before they try to negotiate a better rate with you, after I tell them: “no please cancel,” they concede to cancellation. Only they don’t cancel the monthly charge on your credit card. That keeps going every month. Try to call Kevin’s car wash, you’ll get an automated message telling you to go visit them in person. Luckily my credit card keeps taking my disputes & crediting my account. But seriously what a scam. Thanks, Kevin.Update: after this last charge, I went back to Kevin’s to cancel again. Didn’t get charged this month, so I think it’s finally taken care of. They said they canceled 1vehicle, but missed the 2nd. $40 / month for a 2nd vehicle.1/1/2021 update: Kevin is still charging me for the service I canceled about 3 months ago. Come on Kevin, get better.

Best Carwash in Lincoln I’ve been looking for a place to get a membership at since I wash my car once a week I don’t need anything fancy so I just got the cheapest one at $24.99 a month but it does the trick also the detail stations at the vacuums saved me when I spilled Diet Coke all over my center console

This place is hands down the cleanest, cheapest, friendliest and fastest car wash in Lincoln. I was previously a member at another car wash business in Lincoln but one wash through Kevin’s had me cancel and sign up for a membership here. You can’t beat the free vacuums, sprays, dog hair cleaning brushes, air fresheners, and a rug cleaning machine that ACTUALLY WORKS! I highly suggest this place. It keeps my car looking squeaky clean on the inside and out with a price that could work for anyone.

I purchased the most expensive wash. Yes I live in the country and I had mud underneath my car. The underneath came out the same as when I went in. I still had insect spots on windshield and in the front of my car. If you cant accommodate for rural population you should Stat that up front .

While I was using this service, it was wonderful. However, I cancelled my membership on April 15 using the email address given on your business card. I was just not able to afford it with my other bills anymore. However, I just looked at my statements and I was charged for April 17, May 17 and June 17. I tried to call but, there is no way to get a hold of a person when calling the carwash. Then, I tried sending a message on your website, and the website refuses to send the message. So I am getting charged after canceling and there is no way to contact you right now. Very disappointed and feeling a bit ripped off.

06/13/20 today was the first time I used Kevins Car Wash, my car looked great and all the extras you get to use when you vacume your car, they have a detail station set up at each vacume. Today was a special 30 day unlimited pass for free. I will definitely be renewing my membership. Thank you Kevin for such a great place to wash my car.

PROS - I like the goodies they have at the Entrance Gloves,Mints, Dum Dums Car Air Feshners 2 to choose from! Dog Treats Paper Cloths. Car Care afterwards at Kevins Car wash is great as well theres Micro Cloths, Windex, Interior Shine spray, 3 other Car Care items I dont use my favorite is the thoughtfulness of having Deodorizer/Sanitizers for inside of car which is a plus for me during this pandemic you just click and sanitiz the whole car! The Lights are cool especially at evening time. Price for what service you receive AMAZING! Go check them out you wont be disappointed!CONS- I would have to say no direct phone number to N.84th st Car Wash and if I wish they could stay open later! Im one of those folks that get off at 6pm and early morning isnt always an option.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!I just want to say this is a joke I sighed up for a free membership and have been trying to cancel it for the past 4 months I have followed all their instructions and sent numerous emails trying to get this thing cancelled and I keep checking my bank account and they continue to charge me and there is no way to get a hold of anyone I beyond upset and it looks like my only option is to cancel my card I would NEVER recommend this place especially if you live on a budget!!!! Also after reading more reviews this is a VERY COMMON ISSUE!!!! Be aware before you sign anything!!!

I see cancelling their membership is a recurring problem that many people face. I understand companies trying to make it difficult so they keep more members, but how they are handling it is downright disgusting. They have no email posted on their website, and the corporate phone no longer routes you to the local office so you can speak with someone. This is very disappointing but I will take my business elsewhere and definitely warn everyone I know to stay AWAY! If you say we can cancel via email, you need to honor it. If I could give zero stars I would. Dont trust the good reviews; most are probably employees and fake accounts to up their rating.

They have never failed to make sure everything was going great.As for the actual car wash, I loved the WHOLE experience. The LED lights on the inside are so fun to watch while going through! And after, when the big blowers are drying the car, they are so powerful that they knock my gas cap open every time! I don’t mind just because it shows me how much they’re actually blowing away.The extremities like the vacuums, carpet spray & car towels were my favorite! I love that there are so many options to really get down to it and clean almost every surface of the inside of my car. My car leaves that place almost looking and smelling like new or gently used every time.I like how there are gates at both entrances & exits. It feels very personal and easy to make sure i can clean my car with undivided attention to other distractions. Even with the gate sensor, I felt like a VIP member for something special & it indeed was! At the entrance there is also some options to take a towel, car scent, mints, dog treats, etc. and i think thats totally awesome! You guys’ give so much for your car wash to be successful & keep the customers happy. I REALLY appreciate that you all cared that I was satisfied with the experience.Every time I have rolled through, even at the gas station, I have seen your crew working its hardest, even on the days when competitors are closed, y’all pushed through the terrible winds with big smiles on your faces!!!

I did the free month of car washes...submitted in time to cancel with no fees to come out the next month and they still came out. (They even emailed me back about cancelling asking if I would like another free month instead especially during this time with the virus going on). Ive tried to call, email, and facebook message them yet no one has gotten back to me. I would like refunded and to make sure no other payments go out.

My side mirror was broken in the car wash and their customer service will not respond to my emails and if they do, it takes several days to get a response. They asked about setting up a meeting time to inspect the damage (even though we inspected the damage when it first happened) and after I provided times, they did not respond.

My first visit to Kevins wasnt great. I thought, heck, Ill give them another go (Plus my two-year-old learned about car washes at daycare and wanted to go). Ill give you four reasons to pass this place by and hit Jet Splash:1) Like the first time, the person working was super pushy about buying the membership. I had to say no about four time each trip. That made it so I wont return.2) I realize its next to nothing, but the prices listed end in .99 (Plus tax), but the receipt is up at the next dollar. Thats deceptive. Thats intentional. If it says $14.99 on the sign, it shouldnt say $15 on the receipt.3) Their competitor down the street towel dries your car for about the same price. This place only has air dry and its not great.4) The wash doesnt rinse throroughly. When I opened and closed the trunk of my car after my most recent wash with Kevins, a bunch of soap sprayed out on the newly-washed car.No matter how long the line is at Jet Splash a mile down the road, its worth the extra drive and (I have not directly compared prices) the extra money, if it is more expensive. The lights and the monkey in the wash are cute gimmicks, but my cars are cleaner and the service is better from Jet Splash.

For the price and being able to detail your car as much as you want this place is great. If there are any problems with the wash and it didn’t get you vehicle clean in the places you want you can just notify the crew and they will fix the problem or clean it themselves

Began by signing up for the free month of car washes. At the time I added my wifes passenger van thinking it would be nice to wash it too, I specifically told them that it was a Nissan NV passenger van. The assured me it would fit. 3 weeks into the free month I brought in the van to wash, they then said it would not fit. Ok then Id like to remove the van from your membership. They agreed and told me it was removed. The following month I got charged for both my 4runner and the van.I than tryed to contact Kevins carwash only to find out there is no true phone number to contact them, the only way to contact them is to email them. After 2 days I was finally emailed back saying problem was solved and the 2 accounts were taken off and my reimbursement would hit in 4 to 5 business days.... I was never reimbursed and again they charged me for 1 membership this month drawing my account under. Now I have bank fees plus I have no one to contact. This place is s joke. Be careful cause if you ever want to get out of your membership its going to be a battle.

We had many issues cancelling. On 2/5/2020, I emailed the address on the receipt per the instructions on the receipt. I received a reply immediately saying it was cancelled. It wasn’t. After the next month’s charge, I emailed again and again it wasn’t cancelled. We were charged for three months. Finally when they implemented the automatic cancellation system on their website in April, it was cancelled.

The whole sending an email to cancel is awful. You can send an email to cancel your membership but no one will respond and you’ll still get charged for another month. Good luck trying to call someone because it’s just a machine.

Almost a month ago I began a one month trial period of their $45/mo. membership. I ended up deciding to cancel it before incurring any charges and made a phone call to Kevin’s Car Wash. In the directory I selected my location and was given an automated response with their email address. I immediately emailed them the following on April 8th:Good afternoon,Due to the economic hardships we are all facing I would like to discontinue my membership. I believe the billing cycle begins on the 14th of this month. I have the $45/month membership. I would like to cancel before any additional changes are incurred in April.My barcode number (from my windshield):**********Please reply/confirm to this email when this is completed. Thank you and have a wonderful day.Sincerely,M BI received no communication whatsoever. Checking my Bank account two days later I saw they went ahead and charged my account. Needless to say I was very annoyed and sent them another email on April 11th with “RESPONSE REQUIRED” in the subject.Kevins Car Wash Management,I am exasperated that you went ahead and charged me without any communication. I wrote a clear email demanding you cancel my membership, which you failed to do. I see $48.26 has been deducted out of my account. PLEASE REFUND THIS AMOUNT. I notified you 7 days before my membership would renew on the 14th.If I do not hear back in a timely manner and receive an explanation for your lack of communication and unprofessionalism, I will take further measures.This is unacceptable.MIn spite of all my attempts to contact them via phone and email they have not replied. I have contacted my bank to set up a new card so they can’t keep on charging my card every month. This is a TERRIBLE hassle for me as I have so many accounts that will need updated with my new card information. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed.One of their marketing point seems to be that they have high ratings, stellar service, and happy customers. This car wash took a hunk out of my tire, ruining it, and they wont pay for a new tire. So, beware if their machine damages your car - they wont help you.

This company charged my account twice without my authorization. I emailed three times to request my dismissal. They completely ignored my request. I have called several times and left messages and no one has helped me. Do not trust this company.

I cancelled in March havent gotten my credit back, got charged another monthly fee for April,. Called the phone # no one available to take call. Not very good customer service.
