Moved my car so their black suv could get into the parking lot and then the jerk cut me off as he pulled an illegal u-turn. Looks like my brand new car will be detailed somewhere else.

Terrible experience. No one in the front office, took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone, and then Im told that Im supposed to go into an employees-only area to find the guy that supposed to be detailing my vehicle. Plus wasted a half a tank of gas to get here. Terrible, terrible experience.
